Had both a roof and front door replaced. Workers installed the roof first, they showed up on time, worked hard and had the roof finished in one day. Did an excellent job of cleaning up and had the dumpster removed the next morning. The roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.
The front door was replaced one week later. The installers, Mike and Tyler Schaefer, yes brothers, showed up on time with fully equipped trucks. They spent most of the day here showing great attention to detail. Door looks great, both inside and out. It was a pleasure to have these craftsman at my home.
Performance Remodeling did a great job of staying in touch and informing me of when to expect there workers and followed up after the installation to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you for the great job! I will be glad to recommend Performance to all my friends!

Description of Work: Their work was terrific. They replaced over 30 pieces of plywood. I was amazed at how bad the roof actually was. I thought I was going to have to do some clean up when they left and use a magnet to pick up the nails, but they actually had a huge magnet on wheels and went over the lawn for a half an hour getting every nail. It was incredibly clean when they finished. The work crew was very respectful and worked very hard the whole time -- no slackers in the whole crew. The supervisor came and inspected when they were done and gone. He said there was a small spot on the roof that they had missed caulking. He came back the next day and did it himself. Far better experience than I thought possible.

Description of Work: I never like the sales tactics that companies use to get in your door, which is my only complaint. The advertisement did not represent the cost/financing stated on placard. The three windows (picture window and 2 sliders) were installed professionally and quickly. The crew cleaned after themselves and re-installed the window treatments. Now, that is a real treat and very much appreciated! The picture window in the living room presents itself very nicely and we've received a number of compliments. The tint on the picture window (we repeated to the salesman) is not what we expected but that is one reason I believe the salesman did not hear because he was so busy trying to sell the windows, which was not necessary. I'd rather do business with the installer versus the salesman.
