Every time the sales people come through my neighborhood they LIE. The last time through they claimed they were the only company "approved" by the city and by the homeowner's association. When I caught them in that lie (neither the city nor the association "approves" anyone) they quickly changed their story. This time, they claimed they were "at the top of Angie's List", not knowing I have an Angie's List membership. I would NEVER use this company - if they lie before they ever give me an estimate, what happens later???

They showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. The job was cleaned up afterward and overall we were very pleased with the job. The supervisor was very friendly and his team worked quickly. The roof looks good and I have been up to inspect it and I can not find any issues. It looked like they had to replace a bunch of wood and they did not charge me extra. I know a minimum amount of replacement wood was in the contract. It seemed like more than a little that they replaced. Overall nice job.

Everything seemed to be going beautifully. The roof looked great when Performance left. The original gutters and downspouts were still there from installing the new roof. Performance said they contracted out to install the gutters and downspouts (which we had not known about at the beginning). They came out a few days later and all looked really young and left a mess. We actually had to clean up nails and cigarettes under the downspouts they had tried to hide. They didn't even let me know when they were done and just left. I started calling Performance on 4/11 and on 4/25 I finally recieved a call regarding the nail pops, which I was noticing were coming undone. Gary came out to our house and the entire gutter was off the house and you could see underneath the roof. He said he would plaster to fix the nail pops. Gary was very nice and I feel like the company is putting him in the middle of this. The guy at Performance said Gary would have to come back out and give us a quote to fix the wood around the edge of the roof where you can see underneath the roof. The water is now coming back inside the house where the problem was to begin with.

I received estimates from 3 companies and I must say that the Performance Fiberglass outperformed them all with the extra mile they went to sell their windows. Steve was a great salesman. The installer, Russ, and his crew of 3 were great. They arrived right on time, on the date specified. He explained any questions I had about the windows and worked h****** the installation of all 5 of the windows we had replaced, as well as 2 storm doors. After several months, I believe the windows themselves are very good and airtight. I only wish I could lock them while they were cracked open in the summer. I would definately recommend this company. Very professional. I even like these storm doors much better, they seem sturdier and definately installed much better than the previous ones.

They seemed to never finish and I finally had to go to court. Four years later what I have still leaks and I can actually see the outdoors from the inside. The one coowner would sit outside of my house and make me feel like he was trying to intimidate me. I would never reccomend this company to anyone. The quality of most of the products was good but the installation process and quality of work was horrible. I still have parts that don't work and need to be fixed or replaced. The court ordered them to fix the issues and they would get the rest of their money which I put in escrow. All they did when they came back was cover up everything and not deal with the real problems. So I now have two layers of trim and gobs of caulk everywhere.

They came here in the morning and dropped off the material. Within 1 hour the crew showed up . There were 7 of them. except for lunch they didn't stop. They were done by 6:30. Their supervisor stopped by to see if everyting was going ok. Which it was perfect. And when they left you wouldn't even know that anyone was there except a perfect looking roof.

Performance fiberglass windows and doors was my 4th estimate, and the only salesman that took his shoes off at the door... thanks MATT! Their price was the most reasonable. They called me when my window was in, and scheduled the job in the time frame that I was told at the very beginning! They said they would start the job between 8 and 9am, they were at my house at 8:30... good job guys! The crew was professional, finished the removal and replacement of my bay window, and cleaned up, in only 3 1/2hrs.

We had Performance Fiberglass install 10 Milgard fiberglass windows and an 8' doorwall replacing the original wooden double glazed units in our 32 year old home. They also covered all the wooden trim and aluminum siding with Alside vinyl siding. We were in a time constraint trying to get the windows installed before year end to qualify for the energy tax credit and they went far out of their way to accomplish the install on time. Art and his crew were excellent, they are real craftsmen. Price of the windows is higher than any of the vinyl windows we looked at but we believe the fiberglass is a better window. Certainly it has very good warranty, our lawn cutters threw a rock which broke the outer pane of the kitchen window and Milgard replaced the entire sash with no problems. We can highly recommend Performance Fiberglass Windows for windows and siding, they do roofing also but we can't speak to that

They were phenomenal and outstanding with their work, their professionalism, their punctuality, and their finishing touches. They're easy to work with and have excellent work ethic. I recommend them to others.

Installation went very smooth. Price was a little higher than a competing quote, however the high degree of professionalism and responsiveness more than made up for it. No complaints.

I went to see their performance at another location and the gentlemen's house they were working on, I could not stop talking about them. The same goes for my house. I would highly recommend them. They delivered on everything that they said they would do. Their work was absolutely impeccable.
