They gave me a quote for about $10000. The people and their responsiveness were good. They guy that I worked with was good.

We first met with the sales person David Flood. My wife and I signed a contract for the siding, gutters, and shutters on September 4, 2013. The work crew should up sometime in October of 2013. When the work was first completed we were very excited. Then after the coldest winter ever we were outside our house and noticed that the job was not 100% done. They did not do all of the trim work that was contracted. There was caulk not installed and a lot of finishing touches not done. I could see the frames of my windows from where they had not trimmed them out. I contacted the company and the supervisor did a walk through of the job. The supervisor, Kirk, said that he would have everything fixed that I pointed out. I informed him that I am not a licensed contractor and that I would like them to inspect the job and fix everything. A few weeks later I had the original work crew at my house and they only fixed the problems that I pointed out. I then observed a bird living in between my siding and house a few days later. I contacted the company again and the owner actually came out to do a walk through. The owner insisted that everything would be fixed. The worker placed caulk in the hole where the birds were living, with the birds in their nest. For the next few hours we had to listen to the chirping of what would have been dying birds. We removed the caulk so that the birds could leave. To this day I am stilling waiting on repairs that the owner, Rich Hotea promised me would be done. I would not use this company unless you plan to by for a third party inspection. Be prepared to fight to get your job completed 100%. I am still picking up trash and nails from the work crew. When they cut the siding and insulation they left it all over my property. I suggest you have a lawyer on retainer to deal with this for you. Completely unprofessional.

My husband and I were contacted by a salesman at our door. After lengthy discussion we decided to have our front door and garage door replaced. We filled out all of the paperwork for work order and financing contract. We told the salesman that if the financing was not approved we still wanted the work done, but we would opt for the front door work first . We would pay cash for services, and have garage done at a later date. We didn't hear from them again, personally. Last week we received our signed contract and copies of paperwork in an envelope without explanation or even a note to contact them. This is completely unprofessional and discourteous. We will still have this work done, but another company will be getting our business, including the bathroom remodel planned.

I just received a call at 4 p.m. from Kevin, who was trying to further qualify me over the phone. When he questioned my flexibility on having my wife present, I held firm, and he told me if that was the case, they "would have to pass" on going through with the appointment...this despite the fact that a much higher rated roofing company on Angie's list came out for a scheduled appointment and provided me with a quote just a week ago. Clearly this Performance outfit is only interested in homeowners they can push around. Thanks, guys! You convinced me to spend my $10K with the other company.

Good. This year I do notice a few small repairs that need to be done, but haven't contacted them yet.

They were very professional. They were right on time. They said it may take 2 days to finish the work, but they were done in 1. They addressed every question I had. I said there was a screen that didn't look right, so they stopped everything they were doing to fix it. There was also a window that wasn't closing properly. They took the whole window off to check it for us. There was something on the roller that had scratched the track. They said when they come back, they will replace the track for us. After we saw their work, we order more windows from them because their work was so excellent! They also put canvas down throughout the whole house, so the carpet and floors did not get dirty.

The price was outrageous. Overall, I wasn't happy with them. I wanted copper gutters and copper valleys and they were supposed to send me a sample, and they called me and explained to me that I needed to pick a color of a roof. It took them over a month. I told them I can't pick a color until they send me a sample. I keep telling them to send me a sample of copper, but they haven't done it yet. The guy that called me didn't know anything about it so there was no communication between the salesperson and the office people. Overall, I was very unhappy with them. I would not recommend them to anybody. If I had to do it all over again, I would certainly never had them do my roof. They were extremely expensive. Their work was okay, but it wasn't great. It was a passing grade. They were pretty much on time when they said they were going to be there. They should have done way better. It seemed like once I signed on the dotted line, they didn't care about me anymore because they had me. I will not recommend them to anybody else and I will definitely not use them again.

It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend them. The installation team was first grade, the product was first grade and I was very pleased. I like the quality of the windows, their attention to details and they followed. They exceeded our expectations.

When we signed the contract a start date wasn't entered because the salesman was to check on a start date and let us know .He did tell us it would be sometime the next week but, when the week passed and I hadn't heard back from the salesman I called the company. The roofing project manager called me back saying he was really sorry for the delay and we set up a date for the Saturday before Easter. I have to say the crew of 6 was there before 8:00 a.m. and they didn't stop working until the roof was complete. And they had to strip the roof, replace bad wood and put on the new roof. They didn't even take lunch. Everything was neat a clean when they finished and they were done by 2:30 P.M that same afternoon. The project manager was there later in the afternoon to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction which it was. They also replaced my garage roof last year and we were very satisfied with the work.

I had Salesman Matt Coker in my house advertising his windows on 2/20/2014. I needed 5 windows replaced. Matt was very knowledgeable about his product. He did a great job. Matt starts in with a price quote. Then he informs me that the company who actually manufactures the windows is giving a 15% discount. I told him that I have 2 other salesman from other companies scheduled over the next week and that I would not be signing anything at that time. Matt then offered more discounts, then another discount. It was apparent that he wanted me to sign with him. I told him again that it would be unfair to the other two salesman to cancel on them and not even listen to see what products their companies offered. Matt insisted I still ought to sign with him. Finally I told Matt to get out of my house. But before leaving then he started backpedaling and told me "now you're telling me NO, that's what I wanted to hear in the first place". Even though the window product was phenomenal, his salesmanship reduced his chances down to zero.

They were a month late installing. They made cuts that were short. They did not follow the contract stating all landscaping should be left as is. Garbage and scraps were left. Light fixtures were not placed back on the house They did not caulk everything They had to come back out and fix many issues and the siding still does not look good. They hung a gutter that had a huge scrape in it. Etc

They did an excellent job on time, cleaned up, and took everything with them. We would definitely recommend and use them again!

I was first contacted by this company by someone going door to door. He seemed nice and I needed my roof done so I scheduled a quote. I was not impressed with there sales tactics. Vincent went through his entire scripted sales pitch by the book. Then continued to bad mouth his competition and continue with a scripted pitch for went on for what seemed like forever. I told him I was only interested in a quote and he was the first one. He gave me a price and continued to pressure me into signing a contract that day. I told him I wanted more quotes, but he said to get this price it has to be today and continued to pressure me with a bad attitude. He then left (Thankfully). I would not recommend this company only because of there aggressive sales tactics. I did not have work done by them, I found a much better price elsewhere.

They came out and did a good job. We had a minor problem and they fixed it right away.

An initial appointment was scheduled after their literature was left on our front door. The scheduled rep failed to show up at the 7pm Wednesday appointment. A second appointment was scheduled for the next Saturday...again they failed to show up for the 10am time. After calling their office, Performance agreed have another rep visit our home. He arrived and provided us with a credible presentation of their products and services. We requested and they provided us with the address of a home that had the same high end shingle we contracted with them to install. The referenced home was an hour away, but we drove to Clarkston in order to get the "curb side view". Again, they let us down...the home had a green shingle but nothing close to what we ordered. When I notified Performance that I was cancelling the agreement within the legal cooling off period I was told to send the signed cancellation agreement and they would return our deposit check for $5,000 via mail. We sent the cancellation notice via FED EX and they confirmed receipt. However, contrary to their own legal agreement which called for the deposit to be returned to us via mail, we were told that the check was "shredded". This was the 4th time Performance failed to execute as promised. When I told them I would have the bank void the check and asked that they pay the $20 fee they hung up the phone on us. The lack of professionalism and juvenile rudeness of PERFORMANCE FIBERGLASS WINDOW AND DOORS management is astonishing at a time where good customer service is necessary to keep clients.

It went very well. The new windows are beautiful. We have no drafts and the house is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Salesman provided all the details about fiberglass windows and briefly discussed vinyl windows. He wanted to the close the deal that day, and seemed to get perturbed when I advised him I was going to get at least two more estimates. It then became all or nothing sales pitch, with the offer only good for the day. I would expect the salesman to respect my wishes and offer to follow up with me after I had the other estimates. He left advising me I will be calling them back. No, I will not, because he did leave a good impression as a person who I would like to work with.

Someone handing out fliers just stopped by my house and set up an estimate for new trim work around my brick house. We have been meaning to get quotes done for a while but just haven't gotten around to it. 5 minutes later a representative called confirming the appointment for tomorrow. They would not send someone out for a quote since my husband will not be home. After telling her my husband does not need to be here she asked me if I was prepared to purchase the trim tomorrow. I told her absolutely not until I get other quotes. She then proceeded to cancel the appointment as I was not willing to purchase without doing my homework. I will not do business with any company that "needs" my husband there for their sales pitch.

Even tho the weather was cold and they got a little down pour, they showed up on time and did a great job. Worked all day cleaned up and were gone before dark. No issues or problems! Will recommend them to anyone!

The workers arrived before scheduled time, not late. They removed our old roof from our garage and breezeway. They replaced some damaged wood, installed new roof vents and the new roof. They were very professional for the 7 hrs they were here.. They cleaned up all the debris, I did not have to do anything at all! A supervisor came twice to check on the job, tell/show me how the job was going and made sure I was pleased with the work. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to everyone. Great job!

Through the process they corrected other major water damage issues. It only took them 2 days. They were highly professional and presented an excellent end result. They work with high quality materials and cleaned up well after. Even with their higher priced products, I still felt their pricing was very competitive. They went above and beyond to meet code standards. I would definately use them again in the future if I needed to.

I was home on the day the crew came. They were very efficient,beginning immediately and working straight through to finish. They did an excellent job and clean up was excellent as well. Twice I made specific requests and the crew complied easily. I was very impressed by the crew and their company. So far I've found nothing wrong either with the job or the product (shingles) and I am completely satisfied. Well done Performance!

Good workmanship; attention to detail; and clean-up. Workers were pleasant and respectful and obviously knew what they were doing. Called ahead to schedule and arrived on time on date/time scheduled. I highly recommend this company.

I was ultimately very pleased with the workers and the cleanup crew. The Supervisor, Gary, was very customer focused. The salesman was Chuck who was very thorough with inspecting the roof and what he thought we would need for a lifetime roof. I told him we did not have a lifetime left to warrant the price of a lifetime roof. He said the warranty of the roof was transferrable to a one time buyer and that sold us. However Chuck failed to put in writing on the contract that we agreed to replace the thermostatically controlled fan on the roof so the crew did not come with it. It took over a month to resolve it with Chuck so I called the office and spoke to Kevin (one of the owners). He had the Supervisor, Gary called me right back and said they were in the area and would install the fan that week, which made me very happy. So all-in-all I was very satisfied with Performance and would recommend them.The price was reasonable considering the other quotes we had, but they had financing too so that also sold us.

I don't usually do business with people who knock on my door, but this guys was polite and knew his business. He gave me his card and I decided to call. The salesman showed up, I told him I was interested in doors and he didn't try to sell me windows. We talked until I go his price into a reasonable range, although I hadn't really done my research, I agreed to do the deal, pending a check of Angies List and BBB. The BBB had a few complaints, all resolved to their satisfaction, with one customer still unhappy. I calledhim back and he came by after 7 PM and took a deposit. We arranged a install date. The installers showed up on time, completed the work by mid afternoon and I had 2 doors and a storm door. I am very pleased with my new doors.th
