This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! "Thorn apple River Plumbing was the first to respond, however, I choose another provider, which was my mistake. When the other company did not show for the book time, not respond to my query, I contacted Thornapple River again, to see if they would help me. That responded immediately, agreed to do the project and wet a time. He let me know when he was on his way to my home, advised my project wasn’t as complicated as I had anticipated, completed quickly for less than quoted. I was very pleased with the service provided, and his professionalism, and have already booked another project with him! I would definitely recommend Thornapple River Plumbing!"

Didn’t purchase supplies he quoted and I paid for. Rarely showed up when he said he would. Tons of excuses. Asked for gas money to come work on my job Then wanted more money before job was completed. The work done was not as agreed or quoted. Finally ended up firing him. Have to hire someone else to finish work"
