That time included going over her results and showing us where the gaps were. We were most impressed by the timeliness of herself and her team in communicating with us. We were required to leave the home with 2 cats for a little less than 24 hrs. Amanda recommended a pet friendly hotel a couple of miles away. She also compensated us for the stay there. The company is also providing all the paperwork for energy rebates and Pearl Certification which is a nationwide appraisal of added value to the home for the improvements. We highly recommend Ecotelligent. We would definitely use them again. And, we cannot stress enough how important the prompt communication, cleanliness and professionalism was to us. He did a great job with clean up and took away the old fixture and the 4 long fluorescent bulbs so I did not need to dispose of them. He also successfully diagnosed the cause of a problem with a light in my office and tracked it down to the light switch. (This had been frustrating because the switch started working again the day after I made the appointment.)"

Still waiting on a final inspection for occupancy certificate, electrical plumbing and fire have been done for a while. I finally called the city myself and a permit was never pulled by Tri-State despite him reassuring me that he had a permit and was at the city offices, figuring it out. He won’t return my calls, and I made the mistake of paying for the work when it was completed instead of waiting for the inspection. Do not hire."
