Hired for a roof repair. The work was done quickly and well but we ended up in a limbo for a few months while they tried to get photos to me and actually send the final invoice. They were apologetic though and did discount the work to address it. I ended up quite satisfied.

I had the pleasure of working with both Vincent and Gabe. They installed two new egress window wells as well as brand new drain systems in both of them. They worked through pouring rain and non-optimal weather conditions and still did a great job on my project. They were extremely responsive to any and all concerns, questions, comments that I had, both before and after the project. I'd use them again for any future project and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for getting a basement waterproofing project done right.

Rangel's representative, Collin, responded immediately to my RFP afterhours for a roof shingle replacement and repairs to the sagging frame in the valley of my roof. He inspected the roof to find all the areas of concern that needed special attention. All of my issues were due to the poor workmanship, shortcuts and failure to address construction issues by the prior contractor. Rangel's crew was out as soon as the weather allowed. They were courteous, hard workers and did a professional job. They cleaned up great afterwards (including blowing off all sidewalks and even trimmed some tree branches for me. My roof is now level and looks great! Rangel's price was fair (and half the original price quoted by some door to door guys trying to rip me off). Beware of anybody coming to your door.

They roofed a large shed for us. Extremely polite, worked quickly, cleaned up all trash and debris. Would not hesitate to hire them again for a project.

Rangels installed an Egress Window for us in the basement bedroom. It was made very well & we were really happy with the project. Rangels kept dust & debris to a minimum & cleaned up any mess they did have daily. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have an Egress Window installed.

I had the Rangel team install a sump pump in my basement. I'd never had one before so the job was major and very dirty. They did a wonderful job in a relatively short time. Always careful and professional, they were great to work with. And the clean-up was exceptional.

We were so happy to find Mr. Rangel through HomeAdvisor. We had waited so long to find someone to fix our Sill plate by jacking up our house. Mr. Rangel and his son Vincent addressed the problem. They had it repaired within a short time. His company is very professional, courteous, it was a difficult job in a crawl space. He solved all our needs the repair was done in one week. We are hiring them again to install Hopper Windows. We would highly recommend them for any basement problems. We enjoyed his sons and nephew, they were great workers. The price was comparable to any others we had reviewed.
