We were very pleased with all aspects of this project. We feel like we found a great company and used them again for a roofing project.

We spoke with four different companies regarding water in our basement. Three recommended full interior perimeter drain systems. Vince from Rangel's diagnosed a foundation crack, and explained how it could be fixed. Rangel's repaired the crack and installed an egress window that we asked for as well. All of the staff and crew at Rangel's were friendly, engaging, experienced and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had Rangel install drain tile and a sump pump in our basement. They did everything in a timely manner and kept us well informed at each step. Friendly, Worked around our needs. High Quality window. They handled the inspection and paperwork.. Project ended up costing more than originally quoted because the did far more work than originally planned. If I had more money I would have them do even more work.

After paying half down for a roof repair, I didn?t hear from anyone for more than two and a half months. After calling the office, I was told that someone would be contacting me asap! A week later, I had not received a call. I wrote a bad review online and the ?owner? called me later that afternoon and said that his job supervisor would be calling! The supervisor called and scheduled a time to come out and start the work. He was very apologetic but also adamant about me removing the bad review. As I just wanted the work, that I had already paid half down for to be done, I was agreeable to taking down the review once he scheduled the date for the work to begin. He assured me that they would be here on the scheduled date and that they were taking $1,000 off for the ?mix up?. They showed up on the scheduled date and ?repaired? the roof. Three weeks later, during the next significant rain, the roof was still leaking!! I ended up having to have the entire roof torn off and re-shingled four months later. A few months after that, I received an invoice for the other half of the original amount!! This company was the second of three estimates that I received from Home Advisor. Shoppers beware! Their initial customer service appeared to be great but the final outcome was FAR from satisfactory!

They contacted me within minutes of submitting my request for a quote, Colin came out a couple days later to give me the quote (very reasonable) and the job was scheduled for a week later. And they finished in 1 day! Colin's communication about my project was very prompt, he was great to work with. There were a couple things that had to be touched up and he had his crew out within an hour of my call. They did a nice job at cleaning up the mess as well. I will be hiring them again for some interior work.
