Great! The person who installed my sprinklers was supposed to winterized them which was included in the price. They decided they didn't want to do it. Brooks irrigation came in and saved the day! They were professional, courteous and on time. Everything went great. I'm going to call them in the spring to fix the items the sprinkler installer messed up. Id rather deal with professionals.

So grateful for this wonderful business that has helped me out. Had sprinklers winterized and then had a (non-related) pipe burst a week later. My plumber suggested I have the sprinklers blown-out once more, to be sure there wasn't residual water left in my pipes. Much to my unexpected surprise, I was not charged for the second winterization, even though the same service was provided twice! Super thankful I found Brooks Irrigation on Angie's List--this is my go-to company for irrigation. I highly recommend them.

Went great! Quick response after I purchased the Angie's List deal yesterday afternoon. At 39 weeks pregnant their quick response and prompt scheduling was GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Very well. This company has taken care of my sprinkler system for the last two years. I have a half acre lot with several sprinkler zones. They have kept the system in excellent order. They are very reasonably priced and the schedulers and the technicians are just a delight to work with.

Showed up when scheduled with a compressor in tow and proceeded to shut off the water and clear the water from the system. Very methodical, professional and quick. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. As noted in the survey, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I showed Giles where the sprinkler zone controls were located in the garage and he asked the location of the sprinkler's shutoff valve. We went to the furnace room where the water meters are located. He explained how the shutoff valves worked and by wiring the shutoff value closed during the winter seasons, prevents accidental turn on. Giles and Austen worked efficiently clearing all eight zones and were completed within 20 to 30 minutes or so. Giles turned on each zone and Austen reported, via hand radio, when the zone was clear of water. Giles also indicated and demonstrated how the Rain Bird zone control was not showing the 'run time' for all zones and may need to be replaced. After they were done, I signed the work order, indicating the job was performed and completed. Both Giles and Austen were prolite and professional.

2 Gentleman showed up and were very professional. They came prepared and knew their jobs very well. The gentleman on the inside of the house was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He even went through all my zones a second time to make sure everything was clear. I will certainly be using them again in the spring to get things going again.

We are thrilled to recommend Brooks Irrigation, they were on time, completed the job efficiently and we cannot wait to use them again in the spring for our irrigation needs.

The team was great. Responsive, on time and very easy to work with. I had to leave for work but told the team to make any repairs necessary to the sprinkler heads and leave me an invoice. I came home to find a copy of the work order with a no charge for the repair they performed. When you only have one chance to make a first impression you need to recognize that little things matter. I'd recommend Brooks Irrigation and will continue to use them in the future.

I recently had extensive work done in my backyard leaving several breaks in my sprinkler lines. Brooks Irrigation responded quickly to my phone call, arrived in a timely fashion, and fixed the problem very nicely, for a very reasonable charge. On what appeared to be the coldest day so far, they worked tirelessly to find the broken lines, fix them, and repaired everything so that my backyard no longer looks like a construction zone. My sprinkler system is now winterized, and ready to face the weather to come. I will definitely call Brooks Irrigation for my spring turn-on and any adjustments that may be made, knowing the work will be done quickly and correctly. How did it go.... Well, if you like to schedule appointments and then wait for 2 hours on a no-call / no-show.... these are the guys for you!! Scheduled an appointment for Saturday and was told the team would be at my home between the hours of 12-2pm. I called Brooks Irrigation at 1:50pm on Saturday (day of appointment) to see if they were going to show up. I was told there is another job in front of mine and then they would be over. The gentleman I spoke with did not really seem to care that he was going to be late and did not even bother to say 'sorry' or 'apologize for being late'. Instead, he tried to make me out to be the bad guy because I would not wait for him. I found this to be extremely inconsiderate and un-professional. I suppose I should have put my family's Saturday plans on hold just to wait for who knows how long so they could blow out some sprinklers. If you like to schedule appointments and then wait for 2 hours on a no-call / no-show.... these are the guys for you!!

They're good. I'm calling them again. They're going to blow out the system on Saturday. I had no problems. They did a good job. Everything was reasonable. That's why I took them. I used to have Wilcox Brothers before but I went with them because I thought Wilcox did me some injustice. So I went with Angie's List and it turned out to be good.

The cost was very, very reasonable. They were great. They were a whole lot cheaper than other companies that wanted $300-$400. One wanted a fee to come out and look. They are my people now and I would definitely use them again. They are on my list to call for next summer.

Giles and Austin were great. They came out and closed down and winterized my 23 zone sprinkler system. I have had nothing but great service from them and will continue to use them and refer them to friends.

went fine. They were running late and called to let me know of the delay. I explained that I was in a hurry and Mr. Brooks explained that the work should meet my schedule. I appreciated that he reminded me to close my garage door. I as in a hurry and flustered. I might have forgotten about it. Definitely get my business every year

Main office called in the morning to check that the day was okay. Service guys called a half hour before arrival. They were thorough, explained what they were doing and what the options were for fixing and old brass/copper system that was leaking and not pressurizing completely. Updated all of the copper heads to plastic, cleaned out the lines, put back all of the soil and grass that was displaced, and gave me options and quotes for future improvements (reverse pressure regulator and control box as well as an install for the backyard). Very straightforward, respectful, and courteous. Took the time to explain to me what each piece of the system did and why certain options were better than others. I was happy to have the insight and options available, never having a house with an irrigation system before.

My system had been leaking for years and other folks told me it was in my head. Brooks Inc. identified the problem and showed me where the leaks were occurring on my old system,. They also explained that it would cost more to replace than repair. The work was completed over two days A lot of digging was required and even though I thought I had cut back my hedges enough to work - I didn't. So, the gentlemen cut back the shrubbery (neatly) to allow for adequate work space. I now can get all my flowers watered. I liked the demonstration of the new timer. The two men wee professional and nice. I will definitely use Brooks for all my irrigation needs.

Brooks Irrigation came in for a start up, but I knew there would be more repairs. In the end they had to replace the manifold and replaced several heads. He also noticed some issues with the outdoor faucets and installed vacuum valves. I found them to be very knowledgeable and they walked me through all the repairs and how to maintain the system. My only gripe would be scheduling a time to do work. They could only give me windows of when they could come, which made it difficult to arrange someone would be at house. However, I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic customer service. Giles & Austen went the extra mile for me and I highly recommend them. I called them to fix a problem caused by another sprinkler company and will now switch my service calls over to Brooks.
