We called them out to repair one part and that repair led to several others. They so kindly stayed the extra time to fix everything until the job was done. The work was done well and quickly. We will definitely be contacting them for any follow up service needed.

On inside plumbing they were humble enough to recommend a licensed plumber to correct some pipe and gate valve issues. They are knowledgeable, professional, made good suggestions and they would listen to my concerns. The final outcome of my project was excellent. They will be doing my future sprinkler maintenance.

All went well, as I had anticipated based upon other reviews. During the initial start up, it was suggested that a few of the sprinkler heads be replaced. I was given the option to replace them before any changes were made. We did have to reschedule the locating of the valves due to an equipment issue. I was also provided with clues of how to locate and flag the leak so it could be repaired. The valves were later located and the leak repaired. Overall, we are satisfied with the work that was done. Mr. Brooks did not come across as arrogant, as others have stated. I found him to be a straight forward, no nonsense type of person.
