It went very well. The company inspected the sprinkler system, provided me with full details on what need to be up to date such as changes with the draining process of the sprinkler system and other replacement that need to be done in spring of 2016. Dearly appreciate the honesty and suggestions. Will recommend this company to others and will use them again for future use.

Giles and Austen worked tirelessly the first day approximately 7 hours (14 man hours) on Friday. I made a partial payment for the work completed. Giles called me on the weekend to ask if they could complete the system on Monday. They returned on Monday to complete the system for about 5 more hours (10 man hours). I paid the balance and was able to use the 10% Angie's List customer discount for the total purchase price. Also, I should say they left the system operational if I wanted to water on the weekend, but I chose to wait until the system is complete. Giles demonstrated the new 12 zone capable Hunter Controller the first day and left the manual. On day two he showed me the condition of the existing Anti-siphon device. He said could repair the existing one for about half the cost of a new one. However, I decided based upon the age of the device to just have him install a new Anti-siphon. He also updated the outdoor plumbing and raised the Anti-siphon up to comply with the code. Basically, all the existing heads were replaced with new updated Hunter Brand, plus they balanced the separate 7 zones for coverage and added lines and heads where needed. This was made possible because one of the existing zones only had one head on it because we had long ago disabled a portion that was solely directed at landscape shrubbery. The current system now has approximately 35 heads distributed throughout the zones. The only thing that was not updated is the 7 valves. The 12 zone timer allows for future expansion and additional valves can be added as necessary. We also have great water pressure at this location. We have the largest lot in the subdivision at .66 aces with a 1800 square foot house in the middle with various landscaping areas throughout. Because we are in a cul-de-sac the lot is essentially pie shaped. They also let me know that I need to treat the lawn for grubs. Giles also suggested that i should fertilize the lawn for the winter. Plus, he told me the first day about a product to spot kill the weeds, since I told him I am considering totally replacing the lawn with new sod. On day two he purchased on my behalf a bottle of Gordon's Speed Zone Lawn Weed Killer. He explained how to use it, but said if I did not want to use it he could easily return it. He also said that it would kill the weeds but not harm the grass. They have knowledge gained by over 30 years experience in water management. They are also ASSE and State certified to test backflow prevention devices. As their website indicates, "We Repair What Other Contractors Can't." They did a wonderful job. They are very efficient and make it look easier than it is due to their training and experience. This is why I just recommended them to the Homeowners Association for some sprinkler repairs. They texted me before arrive. and the estimated arrival time was accurate. It was a rainy day, but they still finished all the work without any hesitation. Very nice and very professional. I would definitely use them next time.

I can't say enough about this company. I never felt like they were taking advantage. I would highly recommend them. They are even going to do the work for our subdivision becouse my neighbors were so impressed.

Contacted this business on June 3, and was promised service in about a week. On June 11, we got a call infdicating they were on their way. A little later, we got another call that there was a vehicle problem and we were promised service no later than June 15. Still no contact as of June 16. Had to call and cancel the service call, and seek out another company.

Great company and I love them. Honest and straight. They may not be the totally cheapest people out there but they are also not the most expensive as well. They were professional, not very friendly though but worked hard to schedule and make sure that the job got done. They told us that if we didn't do a review that they wouldn't get paid. They were very timely. There were additional charges because the sprinkler had broken. They were very reasonably priced. They came a day after we bought the Big Deal. It sounded like it wasn't easy for them to fit us in, but they were just awsome about that part because they wanted to do it before the weather turned. We will go with them again.

They came out recently. They did a fine job. They came in and did the thing. It was pretty easy. The guys were friendly and cordial. They were professional and easy to talk to. The price was competitive.

If I could give Brooks Irrigation an A+ in nearly all categories, I would! Professional, punctual and responsive above and beyond expectations. Another company was supposed to perform my winterization and did not, so I contacted Brooks. They came out and performed the work ON A SUNDAY and fixed those issues which had occurred based on the freezing of the pipes, all within a few hours. Moreover, they added me on a day - the final day of their season - when the company was exceptionally busy and likely over-taxed staff-wise. The technician who visited my home was also exceptionally nice to my dog! If you want your sprinkler work performed efficiently, professionally and at a responsible price by solid folks, go with Brooks Irrigation.

Giles has been handling our sprinkler system since day one (probably over 10 years ago). If we have any leaks or problems, we call him and he fixes the problem once and for all - never had a return call back. He showed us how to turn on the system in the spring ourselves so we do that every season and only call Brooks if there is a problem or we need the system turned off. Brooks is quick and reliable and clean.

They were awesome -- I had a real tight schedule that day. They showed up on time, which was great. I had some additional sprinkler work that I needed done -- I thought that I would have to call them back for a second visit, instead they fixed it right on spot. I would use them again!!!

I was tired of paying $80+ to have my sprinkler lines winterized by the company who installed them. So, I turned to Angie's List and ended up saving over $20 by going with a highly rated company through Angie's List. I couldn't be more pleased. Their customer service was excellent. When they first came out my lines were already frozen. Instead of melting the PVC by taking a blow torch to it they offered to come out last minute if the weather warmed enough for the lines to thaw. They came out this morning in the rain and were in and out in less than 30min. Thanks Brooks Irrigation!

At short notice, Brooks made sure I was on their schedule to get my system winterized. They were professional and courteous. Having recently purchased my home, I'm glad to have found a reliable provider to look after my system in the future.
