Description of Work: This time, they winterized my sprinkler system. In the summer, they serviced the system, which was leaking. They did not install the system, but pointed out problems which had led to the second leak. They had to replace the manifold, so hopefully there won't be a third leak next summer.

Description of Work: Nothing. You really need to change the feedback loop. It essentially discourages me from using the site and encourages me to use that other free one. Maybe most of your users never get more than one bid, or never talk to more than one person about a project, but I do and don't have valuable feedback on that contact because of it's short and simple nature. And then I try and submit this and the system loops back and asks for more. Why am I paying you? HomeAdvisor is seeming smarter and smarter all the time.
