I contacted Brooks regarding winterization special over phone regarding pricing, included work, and schedule. All questions were answered. I scheduled the work through Angie's List and was contacted promptly via Angie's List messaging to determine schedule. The company was willing to perform the work while I was gone, but I ended up being home at the time. All work was done professionally, and the team went the extra mile to make sure all water intakes were taped closed due to chipmunk activity in the area. Also, the team was careful when pulling truck/trailer into drive and turning around due to limited driveway area. The work was performed in a minimal amount of time. Thanks for the excellent work and professionalism!

Brooks Irrigation's owner visited my house, inspected basement area water source, inspected outdoor areas to be watered, and provided a written estimate for work to be done. Owner was a very nice guy and seemed to really know his business. I thought long and hard about using his firm and have no doubt the firm would do a very good job. Ultimately, I decided to use another firm because the other firm's costs were somewhat lower and its warranty longer. I'm happy with the work the other did, so currently have no plans to use Brooks Irrigation, but I certainly would consider using them in in the future.

I found that they are great to work with! Very friendly, professional, and concerned about doing a good job and doing it correctly. They come when they say they will and get right to work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future.

Again, water was leaking at the wrong place. This time it was in my basement. Mr. Brooks and his team, Larry and Austin came by to check out my problem. The team decided the leak was from a loose pipe. The pipe was tightened and so far the problem seems to be taken care. Thanks Mr. Brooks.

Water rates in my community were raised in June and I was losing precious water, due to the leaking of 2 main spigots. I called Brooks Landscaping Services/Irrigation Division, who takes care of my underground water sprinklers to come and fix the problem.I never knew spigots needed washers and other things inside to make them work properly. All work to correct the problem was done that day.

I have been using Brooks Landscaping for approximately ten years to start up my sprinklers in the spring and winterize them in the fall. They always do an exceptional job and are able to fix anything that is wrong (broken sprinkler heads, etc.). A few weeks after they started up my system this year, I noticed a small leak in the bell housing, and I also decided that I wanted one of my sprinklers adjusted. I was unable to adjust it myself. I called on a Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon, everything was fixed. Brooks Landscaping personnel are always friendly, prompt, courteous, and professional.

The team came in the evening to service my underground sprinkler. . Each sprinkler rotor and sprays were checked and blown out. This team has been taking care of my system for a while now, that they know my city's watering schedule when applicable. So they set my controller for odd days of watering. I find this team is to be very professional in doing their job. I would and do recommend them to others.

He was very punctual and every time I need him his secretary gets my right in to the schedule. I recommend him to my neighbors as well as anyone else that is needing any type of landscaping to be done. I used him for my underground sprinklers system mainly.

THE DELIVERY WAS VERY PROMPT AND COOPERATIVE. THE QUALITY OF THE SOIL WAS NOT GOOD. I FOUND A LOT OF BROKEN GLASS AND POTTERY THROUGHOUT. THE SOIL WAS VERY SANDY.
