called because of roof leaking. Rep was out in a couple of days and gave estimate after inspecting the attic, the room where leak was, and the roof. Was pretty knowledgeable. Because of rain in the forecast the work was scheduled as soon as they could to it, which ended up being late one afternoon. I met the guys that did the work and all were professional and focused, very good group of guys. Have not had any wet ceilings so the must have done there job. Well done

The company for good to work with, very courteous, and did a fabulous job of clean up. Very helpful supervisor and workers. I have only good things to say.

I command this company for their outstanding workmanship & I am 100% satisfied. Right from the start their inspector/technician was through, gave an accurate estimate & extremely knowledgeable of the product & warranties. The workers were efficient & took strides to keep my yard free from any debris. The project was completed in a timely manner & I highly recommend this company for their suburb workmanship from start to finish.

I called Yeager Roofing for an estimate (one of three planned estimates of suppliers selected from Angie's List) to replace the shingles on my home. Josh from Yeager Roofing called and we made an appointment to meet at my home between 8:30 - 9:30am. At the time I admit I didn't discuss with Josh exactly what was the scope of the appointment and how long it would take. My fault. Josh called around 8:15am the day of the appointment and said he was running a little late and would arrive at 8:40am instead of 8:30am. Josh arrived and did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic spaces. He went up on the roof and inspected everything and into all the attic spaces. This took about an hour. Josh mentioned the amount of insulation in my attic was really inadequate for my area of the country. I checked this out later and verified I only had R12 and based on my area of the country I really needs R40. He offered to add the additional insulation in addition to the roofing job. He gave me a quote which I thought was high and I said I was fine with doing it myself. After inspecting the roof and attic (took about 1 hour) my wife and I sat down at the kitchen table with Josh and went through what he found on his inspection. He went through the options we had for improving the ventillation in the attic space. He went through the shingle underlayment options and the shingle options. He had literature and samples for us to read and look at for all the different ventillation, underlayment and shingle options. It took about 1-1/2 hours to select what work we wanted done and what materials to use. Josh stressed the point that his company assures you are happy with your job. And they would come back anytime to fix any problems (Yeagers fault rf any problems with materials) at not cost to assure the customer was happy. They call this their "No Blame Game Guarantee". I liked this a lot. That same meeting, Josh gave us a quote. Yes, a quote the same day. I wasn't aware at the time I made the appointment that we were going to get a quote the same day as the inspection. Nor did I know it would take about 2 - 2.5 hours for the inspection and quote. But that was fine since we got everthing done in one shot. The only thing that bothered me was when we were given the quote we were offered a 10% discount off the price if we agreed to the work that day. This put me off. It felt a little as if I were dealing with a car dealership and being pressured to make a decision. I only had one other quote from a different roofer at that time (Vondette Roofing) and was waiting for the third. What made me decide to go with Yeager was based on how I was treated by Vondette Roofing (and the two quotes I had). You can review my input on Vondette Roofing on Angie's List as well. Essentially Vondette didn't want to meet me for the initial inspection. They said they could do it without meeting the customer. All they did was come out and visually look at the roof and "measure it" from the ground. They did not inspect my attice or even go up on the roof. I was not impressed. They seemed like they were a "come in, slap it up, and leave" kind of company and not really customer oriented. Yeagers price was about $1500 more that Vondette but the Vondette quote did not include the improvements to my attic ventilation. I e-mailed Vondette that I was insulted that they would think I would agree to a roofing job of about $17,500 without even talking to someone from their company. They didn't seem to care. Apparantly they have enough business not to even spend the time to meet with me. So, I made an appointment with Josh to have the roof done. Said it would take 2-3 days. After we made the original appointment my wife wanted to change the date. Josh was very accomodating and we changed the time to get the roof done with no problems. The crew arrived (about 6-7 guys) and did the job. The crew leader kept a close eye to assure a quality installation. Vondette did my neighbors house. They did it very quickly because they put about 20-30 guys on the roof. Not sure that meets OSHA safety requirements nor can I see how to manage quality on the job with that many people on the roof. Yeager cleaned up any debris in the yard after each day. I have a lot of flower beds around the house and they were very careful not to damage my landscaping. They were very polite and professional. I would hire them again.

When the owner came out to give me an estimate he was the only roofing company that gave me a comprehensive estimate. He looked in the attic space the view the condition of the roof boards from below. He got on the roof and accessed the condition of the existing roof and took photographs of trouble spots. He then went around the dwelling and took measurements of the building. When he presented me the estimate it was for three different qualities of roofing and length of guaranties. I chose the middle quality package. He also gave me a cost for installing new seamless gutters and downspouts, which I took. The cost he quoted was all inclusive. Another roofing contractor I received a bid from indicated that any rotted fascia boards would be replaced on a time and materials basis. So in other word would have been an extra and who knew for how much cost. The project went well and lasted a few days longer that originally anticipated because they wanted to do the job right. My roof has a number of ridges and valleys so is not a typical roof. I was pleased that they took the time to do the job right and not just rush the job so they would finish in the estimated time. About a year after the project was completed I had a soffit that had come loose. Yeager roofing was out to view the problem and were back to fix it in a timely manor at no charge. This roofing company is very professional in their providing estimates as well as installing the complete roofing system.

The service was pretty good. The workmanship was excellent. The crew they hired did not do everything initially that they said they would but they responded quickly and they took care of everything. We called the guy at midnight in the rain to take care of the issue and he came out and took care of it. They definitely stand by their word, we just were not completely thrilled with the initial crew. The roof has held up well and the contact person Josh is very responsive. They promise that you can reach them 24/7 and we found that to be true.

They were excellent. We have no problems with the work. They were timely, thorough, and professional. They picked up after themselves and they hauled away the debris as well.

I called Yeager Roofing over for a estimate along with the few others. The Yeager Roofing technician who's name was Josh was the only one who climbed onto my roof to check out the situation and then he asked to go inside our attic to make sure all the wood was good and there was no leaks. After Josh was done with the inspection he sat down with us and went over detail. He had all the information and answers that we needed to help us make our decision. When we decided to go with Yeager Roofing they gave a start date along with a piece of mind, just knowing that our roof was going to be done soon. On the date that they arrived and started my roof, I noticed how professional the crew was. They seemed very nice and well mannered. It had only taken them two days to complete my roof. My roof looks great and my yard stayed nice and clean. I just want to say how happy I am with the whole Yeager Roofing experience, from the first phone call to last gentleman that checked my yard to make sure there was no debris left behind. I would recommend Yeager Roofing to anyone. Thanks for doing such a great job!

We called this company to come out for an estimate to do this job, and WOW!!!!!!!!! Not only did we get an estimate, we got customer service from start to finish!. Josh the person who came to give the estimate got up on the roof and looked at what our needs were, as well as got up into our attic to make sure everything in there was o.k. as well! Every other company that we called for estimates we were lucky if they climbed the roof to actually look at the problem. Once Josh had thoroughly assessed our needs he then sat down with us and explained everything very clearly that needed to be done, and why and how much it would cost, as well as everything about his company, he also had a folder full of information about the company on hand including a copy of their business license, and workman comp insurance information, and references for us to keep. It was very reassuring, to have all of this information. We finally made the choice to hire Yeager and, they were in contact with us continually about a start date, again which was very reassuring. The day they were to start, they had to start later, however, again they were in contact with us the entire time keeping us updated. Once they arrived to start the project, it went very well, and smoothly. We had many questions for them throughout the project, and they were very patient with us, in answering them. As they got started they discovered that some of the materials they had purchased for the job they didn't need, and they let us know, and said they would take it off the bill. This is just a testament to their professionalism. They kept everything very clean, and worked the entire time they were here, and only left the premises for lunch and breaks. They started the job around 11a.m, and were done around 6p.m. Again, I can't say enough good about this company, and how pleased I am with them, the chimney and flashing look wonderful, and the company and crew were wonderful to work with.

They had previously put new asphalt down on the driveway. They also redirected the water outside through the house drain. I had two dips from uneven paving and he said he would come out and he didn't show or call. Then he came to my house on short notice. One of the dips is where the down flow is and it collects standing water. He said that he wouldn't fix the problem and if I wanted a perfect job I should have put concrete down. The driveway slope was also redirected and he said he would need to think about what to do and will call me back in 3 days. I didn't here back, so I sent two certified letters and he refused to sign them and they got returned to me unopened.
