Yeager Roofing did an awesome job both times I needed roof repair. The first repair was replacing the entire roof after some of the rafters broke. The second repair was after a tree fell on the roof. I highly recommend Yeager Roofing.

They never showed for scheduled appointment I took time off work for. Never called to say they weren’t showing I called to find out where they were and left a message on answering machine and they never returned my call.

They came when promised, worked with my schedule, gave me a clear estimate and pictures, and executed as promised. I had three spots missing shingles and they replaced.

Inspector was on-time and professional. He cleaned up his worksite and took pictures of the affected areas. Turns out this was a plumbing issue and not the roof. He did notice that the ridge vent needs replacing. He will come out in the summer to do that.

The guys a Yeager roofing were fantastic. They did an excellent job installing roof and 3 new skylights. They kept me informed all they way and was quick to discuss any issues they found along the way. Very professional, cleaned up every evening when they finished. I would hire them again in a heart beat!

I called Yeager Roofing and they were very professional on the phone. They took all the information about what problems I was having and where I lived. They had someone out within a week if I remember correctly. He climbed all over my roof, taking measurements and pictures of the problem areas. I wanted the leaks fixed as well as new replacement gutter covers and heat tape to prevent ice dams in the winter. The previous roofing company and messed those items up also. I worked with Yeager going back and forth about what work would be done before we settled on just the repair and new gutter covers. Yeager would remove the old heat tape. On the day the work was to be done the 2 workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They went to work right away after making sure I understood in detail what they were going to do. There were some modifications of the flashing and shingling around the chimney since we did not have matching shingles. The work was done quickly and they spend time making sure they cleaned up everything from the front and back yards. I am just waiting for a good hard rain storm to happen so I can go in my attic to make sure there are no more leaks but judging from what I can see from outside looking up at the roof I would be surprised if there were any problems. The price for the work was a bit high I think, but since no other company would do such a small job, I do not have any estimates to compare. I had 3 other companies come out to look at the repair work but they all said they did not do small repair jobs like this. I would hire Yeager Roofing again for any roofing jobs I need. They did very good work with friendly people.

Very prompt with the quote. They kept us updated weekly, prior to the install date. They had the job completed, underlayment and new membrane laid, skylights replaced with the frames built up higher all in one day. They did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend Yeager Roofing!

The Yeager team did an excellent job on a difficult residential roof with many peaks and valleys. They were professional, on time and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I obtained a few estimates from various roofing companies but settled on them to do the job due to their experience with Decra and their overall reputation. If you are going to invest in steel roofing, don't scrimp and save a few dollars by using inexperienced roofers. You'll have a nightmare on your hands. Yeager's pricing was competitive but they got the job based on experience and I had a prior positive experience with them putting in a 300 ft. asphalt driveway at my home 2 years ago. I'm completely satisfied with the work they did and I'm not easy to please. Thanks Josh, Mitch, Dave, Wayne and the rest of the crew that worked hard to do the job right!

Yeager did an amazing job! The cost was what we expected with no surprises. We were kept up to date on everything from the exact start date to daily updates on the progress. The crew was extremely meticulous and very careful on to damage existing landscaping. The job was done in the time quoted even though we added new gutters towards the end of the roofing portion. They prided themselves on customer satisfaction and they mean it! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

TV add claims roof replacement as a last resort. Quoted my 92 year mother in law an estimate of $16000 to replace the roof. 3 other estimates as low as $5000 to repair existing roof.

The siding repairs were great. The roofing material buckled up a few weeks/months later and kept the area from draining properly. I contacted them the next spring. Once they saw the roof, they sent a crew back who spent at least three days repairing, recutting and resealing the material. Except for two areas that still do not drain, the roof looks and works great. We are very happy with the work.

We were happy. It was just repairs, they didn't do the whole roof. They did it in one day and they cleaned up very well.

We've used him quite a bit in the past and he's always done a nice job for us. We always talk to the owner and he’s forth coming. Generally what he has to make is what we pay so we don't pay him more than what is estimated unless there is something that's come up under scope of what we discussed. We've repeatedly called him and he's done the work for us. He’s done our roofs and he's done a nice job for us. He comes when he says he's going to come and does the job. We’ve got quite a few buildings that he has worked on for us, including a flat roof with a rubber membrane. We've had some issues where he didn’t make it.

We have owned our house for four years and had repeated problems with the roof, especially over our kitchen. Our house has a somewhat unusual construction style in that there is no space between the ceiling and the roof. Last year Yeager Roofing replaced the roof of our house. The selling point for us was the time spent understanding the type of structure and then developing a roofing system to accommodate the way the house was built. While this was pricey, it was so worth the money as we have had no further problems with our roof. From start to finish this was a professional job. In fact, we just signed with Yeager Roofing to do our garage, which is a flat roof.

We interviewed three reputable firms for the work and though Yeager Roofing's bid was higher, they addressed several issues in the project the other firms didn't even note. You will find that their standard is not "Code" but "Code Plus." First, their sales associate arrived on time for the inspection/information appointment. He inspected the attic, went on the roof, and photographed both those areas to show us. He spent three hours with us and sent us a final quote the next day. After we chose Yeager Roofing, the office staff and our salesman contacted us once a week to update us on the start date. Once the job began, the crew arrived every morning between 7 and 8 a.m. and worked until 5 or 6 in the evening. They protected areas around the house with tarps and their trash removal system. Each day whatever work was begun was completed before leaving. Each night when they left the work site was left in immaculate condition. As a result, there was NO damage or disruption to our home. Their work was of the highest quality as seen in the neatness and fit of all the cuts of the trim and gutters; and attention to details we couldn't see: replacing boards and plywood sheathing where needed. Both the owner and our salesman were on site to ensure our final satisfaction with the job. We are very pleased with all the work they performed and would GLADLY recommend them and hire them again.

I was not thrilled because I thought they replaced the roof but they only replaced a portion of it. When I called and questioned them about it, they said “I told you how many squares I did up there.” But I do not remember how many squares it was. We had discussed that he was going to put new four down and seal holes, that it needed a new chimney covering and a trim at the end. They did a nice job on that but then I knew it was a huge amount. It was the same quote I had gotten from the guys that re-roofed the whole thing. When I called them back to ask them, he said that they could do maintenance on that or they could get that ready for a new roof. I was surprised by what they said because that was not a new roof instead they only replaced part of it. Because of what happened, I will not recommend them.

Very professional and fast. This was done on a rental property in another town to fix some leaking problems due to ice buildup in old gutters. The work was accomplished fast to ensure the problem was fixed for my tenants.

They came out immediately, during the holidays, and did what they said they were going to do.

We were not able to use Yeager Roofing at this time. This was no fault of theirs however and in the future, I will try harder to use this company.
