They did a good job initially although I did call them the next day about a few spots and they came right back out and did again to fix all these issues and then it looked really good by the time they left. I was really happy with them. They guys were really nice. I would recommend them to others.

Prospect had service at Hand R Block last year and she doesn't remember how much she spent she states she didn't choose them her husband did.She also stated she had service with Stanley Steamer and they were excellent.Prospect states they came out mid October and she spent $250.00.She said she used them before,experience very friendly came earlier than the original appointment.

Overall, the team (1 experienced and 1 first day) did an adequate job. He explained the process and tried to get the stubborn stains out. They tended to not want to move furniture much unless I insisted. They appeared to be overworked. They left at 8PM and had 2 more cleaning appointments after us. I had arranged with the manager in the Saginaw office an estimate of duct cleaning. He assured me the technician would know how to do this and would complete it when cleaning. At my house, the technician did not know about the request and did not know much about this service. He did go around the house to count the ducts and gave a very rough guess - but said he could not provide a written estimate. It is now 3 months later and haven't heard from the company since. They would benefit from a better process to provide estimates and follow-up on leads.

I'd say the carpet looks very good now. There were some areas that I was not optimistic about, but generally we're quite happy with the job. As it turned out, the scheduled day followed a serious snow storm and some very, very cold weather and I was expecting to get a call about rescheduling it. They did call, just to let us know that due to the roads, they were about an hour behind schedule. They arrived and got right to work and got the job done and were on their way in about two hours. Courteous and professional in all regards.

They are easy to schedule and always available. They are very responsive and do a great job.

I was charged for 2 rooms when they noticed my living room was an L shape. It ended up costing more than the estimate even though the square footage was less. Only one man came even though they advertise they will move the furniture. We (luckily) had moved everything but the piano and computer hutch. He did not attempt to clean under either of them and tried to sell us cleaning of two chairs that are brand new. We were offered a coupon for the "next" cleaning. Why would I choose them if I had a bad experience this time?

They were very reasonably priced and did a great job cleaning our carpets. It seemed to me that they went out of their way to meet my needs. One of the stains came back a little and they came right out and took care of it no questions asked.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARRIVED JUST WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. IT WAS VERY NICE THAT THEY TOOK OFF THEIR SHOES BEFORE THEY CAME IN THE HOUSE. THEY WERE EVEN KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME A SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT.
