Stanley Steemer

Well we had Stanley steemer clean out carpets in the beginning of august 2023. They were there for about 29 minutes total to supposedly clean 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Long story short we had to have H&H carpet cleaning come in after them to do it right. I did talk to Rich the owner to try and get reimbursed for the total failure of the job. He did call me back at first and then would never return my call again. I have always used Stanley steemer in the past but will NEVER use them again. It was a total waste of money. I owned 2 of my own businesses for 32 years and NEVER treated a customer anything like I was treated. All they did was come in and sprayed water on my carpets. I gave Rich plenty of opportunity to do the right thing I even called the main Stanley steemer in Ohio and someone there even sent him an email which he just ignored. In all my years of owning 2 businesses would I have ever dreamed of treating a customer like that

Okay some stains are still in my carpet they said old stains don't lift

They drove from a long way to come to the house. They were great, absolutely great. They charged almost nothing. It was about an hour's travel time from their address. They might have been between the main office at that point, so I was surprised they would come that far. There were two people. There were not stains or debris left.

I went to them actually I gone to them a couple of times and they've my nephew worked for them and he is no longer working for them and when they came this last time it was two guys that I think the one guy got fired two days later they didn't actually, I don't think they really either weren't trained properly or didn't know what they were doing, I wont have them again put it that way.

The staff was really good and I have used them for many years. They are like family. Their price is reasonable. I have used them for over 40 years.

It was what we expected. It was a good experience. They had to reschedule twice, once for equipment failure which is understandable and the other was for something else.

They did a fine job. Tried to upsell services. Which i never appreciate.

Took two times After 2nd cleaning had to insist they reapply protectant.

Went great! They were very courteous to my wife who was here for the service. She said they did a great job.

They were able to schedule a convenient appointment on a Sunday. They showed up on time and were very helpful. I asked questions regarding future potential services and they worked some added services that were not scheduled. They did a good job and i would definately use them again.

They do high quality job and they show up when they said they were going to.

this on our paperwork until he had packed up to leave. He did adjust the price, but we really wanted it cleaned.The cleaning went ok but they left a film of dirt throughout the house..my wife spent 3 hours cleaning the kitchen..every room had dirt in it...they are here now, wiping down the places my wife hasn't gotten to, but could not offer an explanation of how this happened...also, they were suppose to clean the dryer vents but the guy did not notice it on our paperwork until he was packed up to go. He did adjust the price, but we really wanted it cleaned.

The furniture was moved in great room. Nothing was moved in bedroom but was still charged for a whole room. Only one guy came so the furniture couldn't be moved. Had to call the next day as a stain was still showing. Two guys came out with hand equiptment and worked on the stain. A week later the stain was there again. I just left it. Would have worked a lot better if they sent two guys all the time to work on the carpet. I usually clean the carpet myself now due to cost for them to clean it. Takes a bit longer but it works.

They came out in September or August. Nothing really stands out about them. They're fine.

This is one of the few companies I've dealt with that I would call professional. Be sure to ask to have Dave B. sent out when you call to make an appt. They do tend to get somewhat behind as the day goes on, so keep that in mind when scheduling.

Very professional, prompt, and allowed us to take advantage of a special promo adv price we saw on T.V. on the morning of the service.. Also, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Their base is Traverse City, Mi, approx. 49 miles from us in Cadillac, Mi but they called to confirm their time of arrival and were on time. I would readily recommend them to others.

It went very well. we have used Stanley Steemer 7536 Gratiot Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609 for the last 10 times in cleaning our home and appartments.

Tenant had a dog in the house and other major stains. Company came out, cleaned and told us if it needed to be redone to call back. I didn't have to call back, they called me the next day to see how service was and if they needed to redo anything. They did and came back as promised with no problems. I have definitely found my carpet cleaners for future projects.

The gentleman who performed the service worked quickly and professionally. The carpets an furniture were as good as new when they were finished. We felt that we got what was paid for.

My furnace has been making a funny noise after Stanley Steemer came over to service it. It finally broke on 11/15/12. I had my furnace guy come over and saw that things didn't look right. He noticed the blower wheel and the blower motor were hooked up incorrectly. 2 wires were hooked up to the condenser inappropriately. The corrections ended up costing me another $539.00.
