SKM got Brad out to quote my job the day after I contacted them. They were able to get Terrence out quickly to do the job. Everything went smooth. He did a nice job.

I made an ppointmwnt for an estimate with a 1 hour window. The worker showed up early-not a problem. I was home. Claims he knocked and called. I recieeved no phone calls that day. I never heard a peep at my house. I think he just took a picture and left. I work Monday-Friday so having to take time off for an estimate that never happens is very frustrating. And since he never called, but told his boss he did is sad that he would not be honest.

I was able to get on the schedule quickly. service was fast and a professional job was performed at a fair price.

Doug has been very responsive and answered all my questions before the project. The price for the job was fair and Eric did a good job with the drywall. I highly recommend and would myself work with them again.

Eric did an excellent plus plus job installing five fence posts and restabalizing another fence (posts). He was methodical, professional.

Excellent job results. Fantastic work repairing my bricks around my house. Woodwork outside and inside was done. Even some plumbing. James is very knowledgeable and kept me informed. James is very professional and I will hire him and SKM Handymen again. Also Linda in the office is great. I recommend this company.

Lvery well. James called me before he arrived each time so that I was prepared for him. We has to delay the painting a couple of days due to rain in the area but he kept in contact with me each dsy.

Very well the painters did an excellent job. He made sure the colors were correct before purchasing and painting. It was not a rush job. He took his time and gave me my money worth in service. I had a lot of tedious work to be done on my exterior painting job, but the painters made sure it was all done. I really appreciate that. I give all five stars

From beginning to end SKM was easy to work with, professional, friendly, timely, and superior with their quality of work. I could not have asked for a better experience. Office manager, Linda, was the nicest and most accommodating person I have ever worked with in the service industry, Brad who came out to do our estimate was efficient and super friendly, and Doug who came to do the work was equally as efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend using SKM for any project you need completed. I will definitely use them again should they need arise in the future without a second thought.

I could not be happier with how my home turned out! We got off to a rocky start, but I contacted Linda (SKM’s Office Manager) who got the owner Doug out to my house the next day. Doug is incredibly professional! He assured me that my concerns were valid and that they were determined to make me a happy customer. They knocked it out of the park!! My house was built in early 1930’s and was in bad shape, it needed a lot of help! It looks amazing!!

The process was so easy! Doug came out and listened to all my needs. He gave me a detailed estimate explaining everything. For example I’m wanting to have my shed redone, he gave me 2 different price options with the 2 different remodels. Bc I need to do my repairs in stages, I appreciate how the estimate was laid out and available to look at whenever I felt the need to look. I also appreciate that he was available to answer any questions I had prior to the work being done. Calling the office to pay my deposit was even better, Linda was such a delight to talk to. She made sure everything was accurate and no surprise costs would come my way. Her attention to detail and honesty was the icing on the cake! I have some leaking issues in my basement so SKM moved a gutter as well as caulk my driveway that meets up to my house. The work was promised on Tuesday, Doug called me on Sunday and asked if we could do the job on Monday. Unfortunately that didn’t work for me but it still made me feel like a priority that he was willing to bump my job up a day. So the job was promised Tuesday between 8-10. He arrived a little after 9. Went to get the supplies after we met and was done by 1:15. Job well done!!

It went very well the gentleman who did the work was very tentative to the project and what we wanted done. I am very pleased with the project end result.

Awesome company overall, from getting a free estimate to the end results, it was a seamless transition. We worked with Handyman Eric and he showed right on time as scheduled and began to work on the projects we had around our house, he was diligent and efficient and I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking to get any project done around the house.

Went very smoothly, contractor was in and out and saved me a time and stress installing a bathroom exhaust fan.
