The tech called ~ 45 minutes in advance of arriving and was on-time. All went smoothly. My sister uses them as well and recommended them too plus Angie.

Because of these positives, I contacted them to obtain a quote for the total replacement of my furnace and air conditioning system. The price quoted for a Bryant system was out of line with quotes for other comparable systems and the sales rep did not seem terribly interested the whole process. | |I CAN recommend this company for dependable repair and maintenance service but CANNOT recommend them for a replacement system. Description of Work: Replacement of Chimney Liner for Furnace and Water Heater. They were prompt and explained any questions that I had while servicing my home. They cleaned up the mess and suggesting some things I should do to prolong my furnace.

Description of Work: I lost heat late on New Years Eve of all times. After managing through the night I called around to several contractors on New Years Day and Royal Oak Heating and Cooling were the only ones I could actually get a hold of. After leaving a message with their answering service they promptly called back and set up an appointment in a very short amount of time. The technician was professional and quick in diagnosing my problem and fortunately had all the parts he needed on his truck. I was charged premium because of the holiday, but that was to be expected, I just really appreciated that they had someone at my house so quick as I was freezing! The technician performed additional services (cleaned tubing and flame sensor) as part of the maintenance call which was very much appreciated as I have had problems with that in the past. Great service. Will use again.

Description of Work: I suddenly lost heat. the visit to my home was very timely and the technician appeared on schedule after calling my home earlier to reconfirm the appointment. I was fortunate that the problem was only a plugged port. A neighbor recommended this company as being trustworthy ,reliable and would not exagerate the problem just to make a buck. She was correct. A senior discount was offered without my asking. The technician who handled himself in very professional manner also performed a general check up.

Description of Work: Replaced Furnace and A/C with Bryant 955 and new four ton A/C, 14 Seer. Were the least costly for comparable equipment and energy ratings. Showed up on time, were amazingly clean, very professional and I would use them again. Their price was right in line with the other proposals, less than one by a great deal, and the reason I chose them was the recommendation from Angie's List.
