Description of Work: They repaired our furnace and installed a new thermostat. They were very conscientious. The part was unavailable when we called on a Saturday. They were able to service us as quickly as they were able to. Monday morning they were able to get the part.

Description of Work: Regular maintenance of furnace went smoothly. I had an extremely noisy blower and Paul suggested/recommended replacement of the blower. I immediately scheduled an appointment. Paul returned as promised and made the replacement--it was quick and inexpensive and the result is amazing!
