We try to avoid this by doing a pre-inspection of the carpeting and asking questions about your spots. Like do you know what the spot is? Red pop, kool aid, nail polish, pet accident. Some spots are actually stains that no carpet cleaner can remove. How long has the spot been there? The longer a spot is in the carpeting the chances increase greatly that it will become a permanent stain. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. I feel that if I would have done a better job of explaining the difference between a spot and a stain when I was doing the pre-inspection before cleaning that you would be more satisfied with our service, that poor communication on my part is something that I need to improve upon.
