Timely, professional. This is the second time we have used them. They fixed the problem.

They gave me information on a camera technique they offer to help you to be able to see where any possible drain clog might be and thus address the problem in a more complete way. I had no idea this could be done. Also, for future reference, they said they provide a video of what was found so you can have an idea of where problems might arise. I feel they take their work seriously and want to provide the very best job for the customer that they can. Their workman come on time and are friendly and professional. As luck would have it, I had to cancel out today before they had someone come out. One commode cleared after a good deal of plunging and that seemed to fix the problem. They were very understanding of my cancellation and wished me a good day. I'm both grateful and impressed, would certainly use them again with any plumbing problems I may have.

Excellent. My go to guys for plumbing. Always on-time, highly communicative, reasonably priced and they get the job done.

Great experience with this company. We needed to replace a toilet and chose a pressure assist model. We also are required to have a registered plumber perform a back flow certification on our irrigation system. Scheduling was simple and they showed up on time, did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. Price was fair. Highly recommended.

Had muck come up from basement drain a few times. Had them come out before it turned into something worse. Called yesterday afternoon and they were able to come today between 1-5pm. Said they would call 20 minutes before they came and they did. He wore booties in the house and covered equipment that he had to take through house to get to basement. Snaked sewer line. From Description of work: ran sanitary sewer from 4" clean out with 3 1/2" cutter 10 sections, roots first 5 to 6 sections Was $170 for them to come out which included 80 feet of cable and 1 hour of service. After 1 hour and 80 feet of cable, it's $1 per additional foot and $24/15 mins. He was very careful moving snake and cables through house, but there was a little bit of mess and water around the pipe entry area left in the basement and to front door (drops of muddy water) - but we have hard wood and tile floors so not bad for me to clean up after he left. Only time will tell if it worked!

The tech, Jesse, that came out to service my stopped up drain was very efficient and told me what he was doing. He found where the problem was and showed me how he would fix it. I watched him as he unplugged the drain using a long cable that went into the opening of the drain. He explained how he needed to add more extensions to the cable in order to reach the blockage. He also told me something interesting about how the cable had a cutter at the end of it so that there was the ability to cut through any debris and do a more thorough job of getting it cleared. He was here for about an hour and was friendly and polite. They told me at the office that it would be a cost of $205.00 because it was 6pm and that was after hours. That was a lot of money for me but I was grateful that there was no additional cost and the drain was unplugged.

Had another drain problem since the one on March 12th but I don't believe they were related. Rob was the tech that came out and was very nice and also very professional. He, too, was very good about any questions I had concerning ways to keep this from happening and the methods used to unplug the drain. He had to go outside this time and it seemed a bit more difficult. He went back and forth from inside to outside, as he added more extensions. It seemed difficult to unplug and he finally got something I think was called a bent trap spade? This worked and the drain cleared. He came inside the house and checked and tested that the water was flowing properly. He was here for 1 hour and did a great job which was very much appreciated. Both Rob and Jesse were very skilled and friendly. The company guarantees their drain clearing for 30 days and I've had no problems.

The service was terrible. The issue with them is that they provided me with 3 different estimates for the same job over a nine month period, and when I called them out over it, they knocked $800 off the highest one. The staff was arrogant. I didn't hire them, I hired someone else. The cost varied between $1600 and $3200. The same operations manager gave me 3 different prices for the same job. Punctuality was great, they showed up on time to overcharge me on my estimate.

Was punctual. Willing to explain and answer questions. worked efficiently. when scheduled, got a price for what we asked about cleaned up after he was done was in uniform and was very pleasant and professional would definitely use him again

The work was really good, it worked out very well. We researched several companies and Nelson Brothers had the lowest price.

It was a great big project. They had to dig a big trench to connect me to the sewer and I spent thousands of dollars; about $13000. They're very good plumbers but I wasn't thrilled with the job they did because they wrecked my lawn and left it pretty messy. I wouldn't give them a great rating.

It was an excellent experience! My kitchen sink clogged up on a Friday night. I called Nelson Brothers that evening and someone answered immediately and said they would take care of everything Saturday morning. True to their word, Jesse came out Saturday morning and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. And all of the work done was very, very neat and clean - really exceptional! I would highly recommend them.

I have not heard back from my request for an estimate. I had used this company in the past, and was pleased with the work. Can't say the same this time.

They came out that next morning and ended up working all through the day and into the next. The bill seemed very low for how long they worked and although it took much longer than expected, I was pleased overall. They were polite and courteous the whole time.

I've had good experiences with them. They do a clean and careful job. He gave me the right information to follow up with the sewer company. I have found them to be competitively priced.

Paul was very professional and friendly. He took his time to troubleshoot where the problem was and fixed it. He was careful not to get the waste everywhere, and took pride in his work. Considering this was a Saturday night emergency call I think it was a very reasonable cost.

Very happy with service. Was told at time of estimate that it could take 2 days to complete; I was glad to know upfront so I could make arrangements to have someone at my house. Two plumbers here stayed to complete work in one day and were here about 11 hrs. Had a few minor clean up tasks to complete today, but waited until I was home from work. Work just completed yesterday/ today, but so far no problems. Two people here seemed very professional and worked like dogs! Definitely knew what they were doing. Arrived on time for estimate and work. Pulled all permits and contacted City to turn off water. Thought that that cost was reasonable--all plumbing is labor intensive and expensive!

They had to fix a pipe and open it up with the rooter. It took them quite awhile.

They have done a lot for me. They put new pipes in my yard about 20 years ago and other plumbing work. I know that they work for the city and if they get a lot of complaints the city will drop them. They are very friendly and nice and come out right away. The price is good compared to other plumbers. They definitely are professional.

The day I called to meet with someone for a quote, they were literally at my retail store front within 10 minutes (same day) crazy fast. He looked over and told me everything that they would be up against, told me right away that I would need a permit pulled from the city and received a quote the next day. I hired them right away and they did a great job with all that needed to be done. I am very happy and would recommend the company and the staff to anyone needing commercial or residential work done.

I called to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on what needed to be fixed. Keep in mind I'm not certain what needs to be fixed or the extent of the work (I'm not a plumber, that's why I called one) I gave a couple of examples of our issues and the girl who answered the phone acted as if she never heard of someone coming out to help a homeowner determine what issues they may have. I explained to her that we can't take a bath without it leaking into the basement and then we have smaller easier issues like the toilets run forever and over flow pretty easily and faucets dripping, etc. She told me that if my toilet is running then she would send someone out to fix it and charge their normal fee. But still didn't know how to handle the rest of my situation. She just kept saying that she wasn't sure who's voicemail she should put me into. Finally, she just said that she was going to put me into the managers or owners voicemail (I can't remember) and that they MIGHT be able to set something up to help me! I didn't even bother to leave a message...what's the point? What kind of and quot;Sewer and Plumbingand quot; company doesn't know how to handle a simple call like mine? I'm completely baffled at how they could have such great reviews when I couldn't even make it past the initial phone call. I was actually really excited that I finally found a reputable company that I could trust (according to all the reviews) but now I don't know. I'm not and quot;madand quot;, I'm just confused......I guess I need to start from square one again...ugh!

Everything went smooth. all work was done as quoted.the employees were professional and pleasant.

After the previously scheduled plumber cancelled on the day expected (after I took the morning off work; very frustrating), I called Nelson Brothers that morning and the plumber was at the house by noon with the issue fixed in a half hour. Very professional, and reliable.

They did not respond to request for quote sent via angieslist. I made a phone call, and left a message to scheduled the estimate, was not prompt on returning my call. Finally got a call, and scheduled an estimate. They did not show for estimate, but called me that afternoon to let me know there were scheduling conflicts. In all fairness, I was told that there were emergency services they needed to take care of, but I was concerned with the lack of responsiveness already, and missing my appointment only increased my concern, so I decided to hired another contractor.

The upstairs shower was leaking into the basement and since it is the only shower in the house, I was looking for someone to come out the same day.... they did one better. I explained the situation and they had someone over in an hour. The tech located the leak and replaced the valve. Our access panel is in the closet and is actually quite small compared to most so he explained that he might need to open it up to be able to get the access he needed. I appreciated that he brought this possible issue up BEFORE starting work so that I knew the worst case scenario. In the end he took the time to try to work around our limited space and was able to complete the fix without opening up the wall. The service was very responsive, they completed the work quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Thank You.
