Can't even get a call back. Left several messages, waste of time.

The service guy was very friendly. He snaked out my sewer line and then repacked the tiolet flange. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will always go to Nelson Brothers first for any plumbing projects.

Excellent. Over the years I have hired Nelson Brothers for many projects. Their Employees are always professional,informative and proficient.

Jeremy answered the phone quickly and professionally. He scheduled my service for the next afternoon. It was not an emergency since it had been going on for a while. The service man showed up within the window time frame. We discussed the issue and he snaked the drain. We also discussed other issues at the same time at no additional cost. We discussed what may be the underlying cause and approximate cost to repair the problem. I had another company out in October not Nelson Brothers and it cost me 290.00 for them to not even attempt to fix the problem. I will use Nelson Brothers again I felt that the service man did not leave me questioning the problem and repair.

I had good experiences with Nelson in the past so called them for a toilet seal replacement. They quoted me $170 to replace the seal on a toilet. A younger repairman came and replaced the seal but could not reattach the water connection, then left and charged an extra $80 for the extra time he worked on it. He came back the next day with a part easily available at Home Depot and charged another $110 for an additional service call. He had told me there would be no charge for the return, but changed his mind. I called the company and spoke to a Rick on 2 occasions and he promised me a refund that has never happened. So I paid over twice the quoted price for what I expected was a fixed price. The toilet does not leak now, months later, so I guess the work was ok but they overcharged, were unresponsive, and basically dishonest in quoting a price they did not honor.

Installation went fine and price was good but we are almost positive the plumber stole a brand new Yeti bucket of my husband's. When I called to mention it, the company didn't seem to care and didn't follow up on it.

Called and made appointment. Ed arrived right on time, was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the trouble. He took care of our problem, gave us information helpful in preventing it in the future and cleaned up the area and his tools before leaving. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

We never got the opportunity to do business due to the multiple incidents of unprofessionalism. I asked if they could call when they're on their way and was told that's not a standard business practice, but they would call with ample notice if they were delayed or had to cancel. I got a call from Jeremy 30 minutes before the appointment time to cancel since Rick had to perform an emergency service. I asked if anyone else could come in his place but Rick, the owner, is the only one that provides estimates. I was disappointed that I did not get better notice as I already left work. I later get a call to say he will be on his way, followed by another call to say he won't due to an accident but they'd call tomorrow to schedule another time. That call never came, so I called back on Monday to say this has been a hassle and I'd like someone to prioritize the rescheduled appointment. Rick called back and before I answered I heard him say "she's not going to like what I have to say" and despite asking multiple times what they could do better (not rely on one person for estimates, call back when they say they will, give a better heads up for cancellations, etc.) which I was ready to provide honest feedback he had it go in one ear and out the other and instead of listening made me feel bad about his accident and said there are many other plumbers I can go with. That's what I'm going to do. I hope they learn to provide better customer service.

Excellent service. The plumber, Rob, was on time, took care of the clogged drain and did a bit of extra work, at no additional charge, to get the garbage disposal working again. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience with them. The seemed honest. When they got there, they looked at the problem and they went out and beyond to get it done on a Saturday, and just got it done.

Both were done professionally and promptly. Would certainly hire again.

They were prompt and worked quickly, they came reccommended and I can see why. Not the least expenisve but you pay for quality.

When they send out a representative to do sewer line service, they need to make sure they have all the necessary tools. The worst part was the first guy who came out couldn't do the work so they sent a second guy out and then a third guy came out. The best part was they finally got it done.

Ian from Nelson was punctual, friendly, tolerant of my questions, quite knowledgeable and professional. The fix for the kitchen faucet required getting a new faucet and yet the job was done very quickly. There was no mess left and cleanup was very good. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services to anyone.

It was excellent. I was very impressed. It was my first time using them and were recommended by a neighbor that used them many times. They gave us a recommended replacement sink faucet that was cost effective. They were immaculate in regards to cleanliness.

I was hesitant to call an actual plumber due to charges but couldn't find a handyman that could make it out. From the moment I called the team at Nelson Brothers was professional, accommodating & courteous. Communication was great, received calls letting me know time frame technician was coming then received call from technician letting me know he was on his way. The technician was very professional guy who took care of everything quickly & thoroughly. Did follow up testing to make sure no other existing leaks remained and then provided suggestions on maintenance. While I was given a ball park figure I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised that everything completed came out to $118. It was clear he was here to get a job done and not suggest other issues which I have had other professional companies attempt. I would definitely recommend Nelson Brothers. From scheduling, communication and work performed they were great!

First appointment was missed due to a bigger than expected job before ours. Second apt they were on time and efficient. No complaints.

I called to complain of slow running drains in my 2nd floor bathtub, toilet, and sink. Nelson Brothers came out and guessed that the problem was probably tree roots coming into my main drain between the basement cleanout and the street. The gentleman was very efficient and snaked the drain. He said he didn't find any real issue in terms of tree roots. He did find 2 small baby wipes, and because of that said he could not provide a warranty. I explained I had purchased the house 6 months ago, but I was familiar with the careful treatment older home pipes req;uired and NEVER use baby wipes or anything else down the toilet exept toilet paper. I also have a hard time believing that 2 baby wipes should cause an issue, but regardless, I never flush them. The drains seemed to run okay for a few days, but then went back to being slow. Unfortunately, it seems they guessed wrong on the issue, and so I've paid for an uneeded repair and still have the problem, with no warranty.

Great. Second time we've used Nelson Brothers. Excellent service both times. Responsive, informative prompt, and professional. We plan to stick with them for future plumbing needs.

Did not honor quoted terms nor price. Quality ok. Also previously used for drain snaking with good.results.

The man who showed up was punctual, polite and impeccably neat. He explained what he was going to do and asked for my permission before doing anything. Very trustworthy and efficient. I would definitely use the Nelson Brothers again.
