Description of Work: Service was pleasant enough, but the plumber did not seem to know what he was doing. Didn't have correct tools, left with some jobs not completed (i.e. said faucet would need to be replaced when, in fact, another company repaired it after he left) or problem made worse (another faucet was leaking worse after his attempt to fix it). Paid the service call fee and then called another company to fix the issues.

Description of Work: A leaky pipe was holding up my bathroom installation project. My installer said he wasn't comfortable dealing with the plumbing issue due to the age of the pipes. I had Nelson Brothers send a team over. They advised me that the problem could be tricky because it's an older house with galvanized pipes. But they managed to fix the problem quickly and with minimal disruption. I've used Nelson Brothers in the past and they always come thru.
