Delisi Construction & Remodeling

Description of Work: Didn't return my two or three calls for estimate on replacing ceramic tile in my kitchen area until three weeks later. By that time I had hired someone else.

Description of Work: Jay rebuilt portions of my cedar deck where the wood was rotting. He did an excellent job. Jay responded promply for an estimate, scheduled the job 3 days later, and completed the job in 1 1/2 days by himself. It was evident that he was very experienced at woodworking and the like and has worked on many a deck.

Description of Work: My husband and I had planned to gut our 1950's kitchen and half bath and replace these with grade A components. There was moving of doors involved, along with a massive change in footprint in the kitchen. Delisi Construction (who we found via Angie's List) came in with a most competitive price. Jay impressed us from the start. He defined the scope of the project. He told us that he would be able to provide his services within the time frame that we needed. Jay demolished the old kitchen and 1/2 bath. He contracted the rough plumbing and electrical. He also laid in the new hardwood flooring. Further, he arranged for the entire living / dining room, plus new kitchen and half bath to be sanded, finished and stained. Then, once our new cabinets arrived, he installed these. He also installed the ceramic tile back splash. Our kitchen is now complete......and is absolutely beautiful! Jay has been there for us after the fact, making sure that we are totally satisfied. There have been absolutely NO issues with Delisi Construction. If at any time we have expressed some concerns, Jay has been very responsive and has taken care of these issues. To be able to find a company who represents integrity, honesty, and a true work ethic is rare. We have found these characteristics in Delisi Construction and Remodeling. His expertise was certainly there and apparent in a project that's total cost was in excess of $50.000. Should my husband and I have future projects in future, we would never consider any other contractor but this company!!!!!!! I could not recommend him any higher!
