Estimate for work was much higher than other estimates.

Everything that Brick Concepts LLC did for us was great. They were quick, clean and very efficient. They were available, professional and pleasant.

Jobs were done on-time and at a reasonable cost.

It was horrible. I was just looking at their work a couple of days ago and its all crumbling and coming loose. I had them do some patching on steps and the porch. Quality of it is terrible and it is all coming apart. I don’t know if it was because it was a small job that they were so ‘lack a days’ about it or if that was the quality of work. I like to believe that all this is a real quickie and it’s not a big money maker so therefore I don’t think they were too interested in results. It was two men for two hours. Some of the crease is going up the step. When we started out I pointed up some spots and their mannerisms seemed okay. I stood there and watched and then I got busy and went back and they were doing and it seems it was going to be a good job. It is actually in the house across the street where my daughter lives and I came home to write the check out. I glanced and it looked okay and when the left I saw a lot of spots where I had pointed out which they didn’t even bother to do. I feel it was a small job and not a big money maker so it was haphazard. The price was good. I was disappointed with the quality of work.

They did a good job. The big deal was not real clear on what it included and I had to pay more money.

Sorry to be way overdue in responding with a review of Brick Concepts, they did a wonderful job. They did tuck pointing on the chimney and also repaired brickwork in several areas on the house exterior. Unfortunately, we've misplaced our paperwork from the job, and I don't recall exact amount paid and exact date of service, so the date listed is "ball park". The price seemed very reasonable for the work done. At some point in the future we will likely have some additional work done around our porch foundation, and will definitely give them prime consideration for that job.

Everything went just fine. I really like the results. The only problem was that they would not accept their Angie's List coupon because I gave it to them after they'd already given me a price for the job. They said it had to be presented at the time of the estimate. There was nothing on the coupon for 10% off that said that. Let's face it, the only reason that companies want coupons presented at the time of the estimate is so that they can mark the price up only to then give you your 10% off the higher price. You don't really save any money at all. What a rip off.

Ken is very knowledgable, professional and cares a lot about his work. He was easy to communicate with. There was a brief delay in beginning the work because of the volume of deals, but he kept us informed. The work was done professionally and neatly. Ken inspected our house, found other areas in need of work without which our house would sustain water damage and other problems. He took the time to explain everything in great detail. We ended up hiring him for several other major jobs on our house working on cracks in masonry, problem areas around windows and our roof.

Ken and his team were very professional. Ken did a very through inspection and explained everything in great detail. Then took a long time to write up a very detailed description of the work to be done and how much it would cost. He even removed my antennae from my chimney at no charge. When I agreed to the work, they started FAST. The work was done over two days and they cleaned up after themselves well. Ken kept in touch during the work and texted pics. My house looks much improved, really great work! The only draw back is Ken was hard to get a hold of and it took a while of phone tags to get an inspection appointment. He did forget our first appointment, however when things finally lined up Ken's focus was completely on the work and no more issues:)

Team was on time and doing a good job was very important to them.

The work was done over a 4 day period and went very well. All surrounding areas were covered with tarps and after the job was done everything was cleaned up so you couldn't tell he had been there. My house is 35 years old with a multicolored brick that is no longer made. He searched and found a combination of bricks that matched well. He had to stain some of the bricks to get the black color on some of the bricks. After the job was done the new bricks blended in very well with the old brick. I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend this company.

I purchase a Big Deal to repair one crack in basement wall. Brick Concepts called me the very next day to schedule a time to come make the repair. They were able to come the very next day and even accommodated our work schedules by coming in the evening. They were friendly and on time. They explained the process well, got right to work, and to our surprise, had repaired several cracks although the Groupon was only to repair one crack. They cleaned up after themselves.. although this type of repair created a HUGE mess so we had to sweep and mop everything several times. We will definitely contact them in the future should we need any more work done to our brick home.

My initial contact with thi s business did not go well, as there was an older gentleman going through my neighborhood soliciting business. He tried to sell me more work than I needed, but fortunately, this man then sent over the mason to speak with about the project. The gentleman who would be doing the work was an expert in masonry, and we spoke in detail about what I actually needed. This explanation, followed up by my own research into this kind of work, not only helped to educate me, but convinced me to have Brick Concepts do the work. This workan was forthright and honest about what I needed, and did not try to sell me more than I needed, which I appreciated. I also met the owner of the business when he came to speak with me about the color of the mortar. He, also, seemed professional and honest. The work was done shortly thereafter, and I am pleased with the results. I now feel that my house is protected from water leaking into the interior of my home.

I was contacted by Lewis to set up the estimate and schedule the work. He was prompt and professional in describing what was going to be done. We were scheduled for 'first thing in the morning' on the day the work was to be done but there was no call and nobody showed up until noon. (A slight inconveniance) In the end the work was completed that day and we are completely satisfied with it. We would hire them again if the need arises.

The tuck-pointing and waterproofing were done last year. The grout color did not match so they came out this year and ground out and replaced the grout and now it looks great! There was still a small leak after the waterproofing and they repaired that also. They are great workers and very trustworthy. Jordan was great to deal with and I would highly recommend Brick Concepts

Brick Concepts just left a few hours back and I have to say we had a very favorable experience. The crew was very thorough and professional. They arrived on time and went right to work. They knew what to do and got it done. They put in a couple of long days but took the time to do their best to clean up the work sight before leaving. The biggest positive of our experience with this company was our main contact Jordan. He was very prompt and engaged during the initial bidding process which often times not the case with others we've dealt with. Jordan was knowledgeable for sure and had a great sense of keeping us, the customer informed as the job progressed. While he went about working on this projects, he identified a couple of other issues that we might want to address in the future. Satisfaction of work such as this relies on those actually doing and overseeing the project. This is the reason I give my overall grade as an "A".

It went very well . He goes the extra mile to make evertything look great and does little extra things including his original job.

Left message on answering machine, called back next day with visit to give estimate. Accepted later that day started work next day continued until job done. 100% satisfied.

Great job ! They showed up and completed work and cleaned up as promised. Did a first class job of match mortar so you can not even tell brick work was done. Robert Morris was the point person and was great to deal with.

Quality was outstanding and attention to detail quite high. Completed most of the work the same day, returning the next day to seal the brick and cleanup. The team was knowledgeable, quiet, and efficient. They knew exactly what mortar color to use, making the repairs seamlessly integrate into the existing brick work. Thy did not try to oversell me on repairs i didn't need. I would definitely recommend them!

I have tried so many times to contact them and have had no success. Anytime I tried to contact them, I received a voice-mail and it said the mail box was full.

The young man who came to give me the estimate was eager to do the job immediately, even though the owner had told me it would be a several weeks. The men that did come out to do the job were professional and did what I thought was a somewhat good job at the time. One major problem I had and had pointed out to the young man was that I had leakage in a north side window when the rain hit that side of the house. This is a glass block window and the rain is entering the house from above the window. At the beginning of July we had another severe storm go through the area hitting my house on the north side. Rain came down the window again, not as much, but the rain is still getting in. I know things can go wrong on a job, and I give grace when that happens...because it is important to me as to how they correct the problem. I have called Bricks Concepts three times during this month, July 2013. Since he has made no attempt to return my call I gave them a failing grade in quality and overall experience, and will not recommend them. In my opinion he still has the opportunity to perform service recovery, if he chooses. He just needs to call me and fix the problem. (just another side note: The bricks on the side of my porch could have been set in a straight line, not sure why they were not. They angle slightly downward.)

Problem was resolved. The crew was great, kept the area clean every day, were professional, courteous, and worked while here. I felt price was a great price for what was done and found them very efficient in locating and sealing the areas. No one else had a clue where the water was coming from but always quoted a high price to locate and fix. Ken came out inspected the leak area from outside and the basement and pinpointed the problem area and quoted a reasonable price to repair. I will call them whenever I have a leak and recommend them highly!

When I bought the inspection, he followed up with a call. I told him it would need to be completed at a later date and I would call him to schedule. I called, got voice mail and left a message to call me and we could perform the inspection I had purchased. No call back was received. I needed to proceed with my home roofing and siding project and hired another contractor to do the inspection and repairs. Bad coupon for me, Angie's List!

Both of our porches needed routine maintenance. The weather had caused tiles to fall off side of porch, grout needed to be redone. They did an excellent job. Very professional.
