My experience was terrible. What they did fell apart and they do not pick up the phone after that. I kept on calling and they never returned my calls. I found that company on Angie's List and actually it was one of Angie's List's special deals. For the grading scale, everything would be the worst. The job is awful and I had to pay for the mess, very offensive. I would grade them 'F' for everything, absolutely. I would never use them again in the future.

They wanted us to buy additional services and he didn’t do any work. It was a waste of time and money.

Unfortunatley, after the bad winter we had in 2012 the work they did on the concrete stairs did not hold up very well. Their are gaps in the steps between where the porch and the top stair meet and all the steps concrete has crumbled terribly, making the stairs dangerous to walk on. We called Brick Concepts back out to review the stairs to see if there was something they could do to resolve the issue. We explained to Ken, that most of our neighbors who've had concrete stairs for years haven't experienced the issues we have in just (1) yr. of having them repaired. He stated that he would talk with the company he purchased the "pre-fab" stairs from to see if they will come out and take a look and provide some level of service to resolve the problem. Someone did come by and look at the stairs, but they didn't get out the car to talk to my husband or me nor did they or Ken follow-up with what "if anything" would be done to repair the steps. My husband and I called Ken several times and unfortunately, we've yet to get a response. We called another company from Angie's List to get a quote on the stairs last summer. They company quoted us $1800, which is almost half of what we paid Brick Concepts to complete the work in 2012. At a minimum I would have expected a return phone call to tell us something, but as mentioned, to date we've had no response. Brick Concepts LLC lacks professionialism, they don't keep their word and lastly the quality of the work couldn't withstand (1) bad year of snow. Unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

They were going to have to do alot of digging on the outside of my home and it was going to cost me thousands of dollars. I ended up going with a seperate company.

Continued leaks after suggested repairs were performed. Promises to correct work were never honored. 10 year warranty is meaningless. Considering legal action.

Took advantage of an Angie's List advertised special and paid for it up front. They made one attempt to contact me, but after that they have been unreachable and completely unresponsive. No work was ever performed. They just took my money.

All the work was done in a timely manner. Never a problem with the crew. The problem is that the minor repairs to the porch and corner of house did not hold up. They say their work is guaranteed. I first made numerous calls to the company, and NEVER had my calls returned. My initial message was that some of the minor work didn't hold up, and I need it serviced. I later contacted one of the men who used to work for them, and he provided me with a phone number to, I think, the brother of the owner. He talked to me a number of times, but kept putting me off. We finally made an appointment which he failed to keep, and there was no phone call to say so. Last week, Monday I tried to contact him, and now he doesn't return my calls either. In conclusion, I will never consider them for any additional work. In my opinion, any company that ignores their warranty obligations this blatantly should not be in business. The low marks I gave for quality through professionalism are in regard to warranty service issues.

On time, professional and polite. Let me know my problem would best be served by a different kind of service provider and made several suggestions how to approach the problem. His honesty was an amazing surprise and pleasure in this day and age.

First job perfect A few months later we rehired Ken to do a large difficult job of finding and repairing a garage ceiling water leak from corner of structure Taking months and now years finally found and properly contained the trouble area...... Ken was upset because he redid the job three or more times, attempting to find and repair water leaks..... Ended up shoring outside basement wall .........a crack, repairing ........ After two years asking to remove the roof cleats last winter/November on second floor master bath brick window (sill still remains unfinished to this writing) 2014 numerous requests to finish up the now 3 year job..... This Spring our phone number has been blocked so I guess the little man No longer wants to finish the job he has already been substantially paid for in advance.... Thank God I believe in karma..... If you have a one day job, wait until he is completely FINISHED prior to paying....

It went very well. He was really good and they did a great job. We are very satisfied with it.

Very pleasant, helpful, accomodating and professional. Communication was very clear. Since I couldn't be on site they sent me pictures on my phone before taking my payment. When visiting the site it the quality of the work was just a little less than expected. I thought some of the tuckpointing could have been a little better. But overall pleased.

It didn't go well at all. It seemed as though the gentleman was trying to get additional cash because he said the cleaning would cost more than what we already paid for the Big Deal. My husband said he wouldn't pay anything extra, so the man then said he would do the work as stated in the deal. Once the gentleman inspected the chimney however, he decided against doing the work entirely, and we had to have our money refunded.

Initially I was a little frustrated because I had emailed and did not get a response. However, Louis responded and did an outstanding job with the inspection as well as the work that we needed to have done which came as a result of the inspection. He and his crew were very punctual, neat and did a beautiful job on my chimney. I did not feel pressure to have the work done because of the inspection. I knew the chimney needed work and would have been questioning the accuracy of the inspection had they not found the need to repair it. I actually did recommend them to a friend who also had work done and she was extremely happy with the crew and the quality of the job (which was much more extensive than mine). I was very impressed and would certainly use them again for any brickwork I may need.

Purchased the Big Deal and spoke with the owner on the phone after waiting for a call for a week. He had been sick and for all I know he may still be sick. But never heard from him again. Texted him my contact information and no reply. Hope he gets better but for now I have requested a refund for the big deal.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the service provider with no luck. They came out for an estimate and emailed the proposal to me but I haven't received a response. The project manager gave me his cellphone and when I called it was a wrong number. I would like to set up an appointment but am not having luck contacting them. The estimate was flawless with no issues however now that the service provider is unresponsive I am dissatisfied. I would use them in the future if they responded and followed-up after they sent the estimate.

I spoke with Ken on the phone and was very encourages that he sounded like he could do the job I required. He said he could come out on a Saturday. I told him I was flexible on times that day and he said he would call me in the morning to confirm a time. Never called, never showed up. I called and left a message and sent him a text after that time and never heard back. Disappointing.

Showed up on time. Repair looks great. They will be back to clean and seal. Great job. Will use again.

It was okay. They did a lot of work and it was way more than that. I spent $3000. It was alright. They were negotiating a deal, so, they could not blame me a little bit. It was kind of a pony game. And that is the only part that I did not like about. They did a good job and a lot of stuff.

Very fast efficient, cleaned up. The workers were as non-intrusive as they could be with the work at hand. I'm happy with the work.

This company was unresponsive after many attempts to contact them. Cannot do business with a company like that.

We paid for this on the 24th and havent gotten a call to even set anything up. This was our first Big Deal, and we're very unhappy.

Tried contacting and left message on 3/17, 3/24 and 3/26/ No response at all to my messages.

Tried to get a quote - no call back.

It went fine and it was good. They did a good job. I used them twice. I also used them when they did some front porch work for me later in the summer. I did not pay anything on top of the big deal price. They were fine and professional. They did a good job and I was pleased with their work. I would certainly consider using them again. Their pricing was reasonable.
