Description of Work: Examined new (unused, one year old) washing machine that was not operating properly. Identified problem to be some kind of part (control board) that had failed. Replaced part. Now washing machine is working properly. Would probably have preferred quick discussion and price check before new part was installed, but good overall experience.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough kind things about this company. They inspected my computer and addressed the problem in less than five minutes. Despite my insistence to the contrary, they refused to accept any payment. The technician even stated that he did not want to be commended to his boss because he was "just doing his job." I wish every service provider had the same dedication to professionalism and customer service.

Description of Work: At the second visit the tech Mark said I should get consumers energy protection plan. He replaced the water tube to the ice maker and it would be another $200.00 if the ice maker itself needed replacing.
