I had just moved into this house and was extremely pleased with the technicians knowledge and time that he took to explain it to me. He worked quickly and cleaned up after very well. I would definitely use them again.

Tech came to my house and replaced the motherboard which he luckily had with him. Took all of 10 minutes and fridge is still working great. Its a known problem in certain GE models but would not hesitate to use them again.

The serviceman arrived on time and was polite & professional. He had the dryer apart in minutes and determined the source of the problem to be a set of gliders. He did have to go get some gliders from the office because he was out of them in his truck, but it took only a few minutes before he was back. The dryer was purring like a kitten within fifteen minutes. The charge was a little high and I would have appreciated an Angie's List discount, but other than that I am glad I chose this company.

We initially called Berkley Appliance to repair our electric stove. The repairman arrived with the replacement part that was required, and fixed the stove. After we had called for the stove repair and before the appointment, we noticed water leaking from around the refrigerator So, while the repairman was at our house, we asked him to look at it - which he did He made an appoint ment to come back 2 days later with the part required and fixed the fridge.

The technician took the back off the dryer and took out the heating element and found out it was damaged and replaced it with a new one. He tested it and checked the dryer for any other problems everything checked out . I definitley would use Berkley Appliance again.

Call Berkley appliance before they opened, left a message, and was called back 5 minutes after start of business. they made an appointment between 12:30 and 3:30 and said the repairman would call before arrival. He called within 10 minutes of arrival and got right to work. My washer transmission was shot and fluid was all over the floor. The technician took me downstairs and thoroughly explained what the issue was. He even opened up my dryer (which was not having any issues) to make sure it looked OK. He was very pleasant and very professional. I have used this company before and they will definitely be my first call the next time an appliance has an issue.

Unfortunately, thy don't make this part anymore. This company was very friendly and helpful. I would call them if I needed repair in the future.

They showed up within the time span they specified, The repairman was courteous and respectful. He gave me an estimate before he performed the work and completed the job in less than 10 minutes. The price was a little pricey but they did the repair and got us back in business in a very timely manor.

My Dryer is in the basement and the tech wanted to clean the floor when he was done. He also cleaned out my dryer where the filter goes. I had no idea how much lint was in there. He also showed me how to take it apart if I wanted to do it myself in the future.

The gentleman that came was very professional and efficient. He was not here anymore than 30 minutes and even hooked up our washer as a courtesy as well as cleaned out the exhaust from the previous residents. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely use this company for any future repairs.

Was very quick, explained what was wrong and showed me, fixed it promptly after getting my approval, and the price wasn't too bad. Berkley Appliance originally came to my home thru the Comsumer's Appliance Repair plan. Because they were such a good company I have called them for repairs to appliances that are not covered by the plan. I have recommended them to friends who also had good experiences with this company.

They came at the day and time that was set up for the appointment. He brought the part he suspected was broke. He installed it and that fixed the problem.

The service man was knowledgable, friendly and willing to go out of his way to help me by adjusting my refrigerator settings . I am very impressed with the expert help I received at a fair cost.

Repairman showed up near end of the promised window, but he called to tell me when he was on his way and arrived within the the promised window. He took apart a piece of the washer, then asked for a pan and some towels to make sure the floor didn' t get wet. He then found the cause of the stoppage, made sure it worked and left the laundry room in the same condition as when he arrived.

The appointment was set for Wed., June 24. I asked to have the first appointment on their schedule; they said they would call between 9 and 11 a.m. The service tech arrived shortly after noon. He took apart the dishwasher door and confirmed what the phone rep had said -- I needed new springs in the dishwasher door. He prepared the price estimate for $138. I told him to proceed. He said he would check to see if he had the parts -- two springs. He went out to his truck. When he returned, he said he did not have the parts and there were none in his shop. They would have to be ordered. He could schedule another appointment for one day the following week. I asked if he could give me a specific time of arrival. He said he couldn't -- he offered a 9 to noon window. I explained that I'd already wasted 4 hours waiting for him. The least he could do is put me at the front of the line for the next appointment. He said he'd check with his office. He returned and said no. If I'd like to make an appointment for another day, that was up to me. He apologized and said he wouldn't charge me for the service call. These guys are losers. Look elsewhere.
