Description of Work: They repaired a dryer after assuring me that it was worth repairing and that I didn't need a new one. It has performed flawlessly ever since. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Fixed my washer in 2012, excellent service. Had to order part, but it arrived when scheduled. Had problem with microwave in Dec. 2014, talked to him on the phone and gave great advice. Would definitely use again!

Description of Work: My washing machine was stopping in the middle of its spin cycle. Paul knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. And, even though the part is taking a little while to get in, the service fee is good for a month so we don't have to pay twice. GREAT deal and wonderful service.

Description of Work: Came out and diagnosed the problem, said he would order the part and call me the following week to set up another appointment. No one called. I called them to set an appointment. Appointment time was between 1-5, I called at 4 to make sure someone was coming, was told yes, no one showed up, no one called. Had to call the following day to set up another appointment. Won't use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired ice maker without need for parts based upon damage created by jammed ice ( a result of water filter limiting water flow to ice maker).

Description of Work: They diagnosed that the heater was bad. They replaced it with parts on their truck. GE parts for our GE refrig. I called at 11am and the were out at 4pm the same day. I will use Berkley appliance for all my service calls. A+ |

Description of Work: My washer, dryer amd refrigerator all started having problems at once. Berkley Appliance was able to address my issues very quickly, a good thing since my refrigerator wasn't keeping food as cold as it should. My problems were diagnosed promptly, parts ordered and all issues repaired promptly. They were also able to adjust appointments to times that worked out well with my work schedule.

Description of Work: The gentleman who answered the phone was able to confirm my diagnosis and order a part for me by model number of my electric dryer. The part came in as promised. With their help I was able to repair the dryer myself, which saved me over $125. As a senior female, this was much appreciated, and I was treated like a capable individual.

Description of Work: I called to have my oven repaired after a major retailer failed to show up. Berkeley Appliance showed up promptly and fixed my oven and the looked at my refrigerator and fixed that, too. I will never again buy an extended warranty. I will rely only on Berkeley Appliance

Description of Work: BROKEN OVEN TALKED TO JIM GAVE HIM THE SERIAL NUMBER. CALLED ME BACK ; ADVISED ME THAT THE CONTROL BOARD WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. SAVED ME A SERVICE CALL CHARGE.

Description of Work: I called the company to repair my ice maker in my maytag fridge. I purchased the fridge in 2008. The water dispenser worked but the ice maker stopped a month after purchase. The first visit the guy was very professional and on time. Although it was thought that I would need a new filter he found that I needed a motor. The motor would have to be ordered and a second visit would have to be scheduled. He called to confirm that the next visit with the part would be $251. We scheduled the repair for that weekend. On the schedule date, He called to say he would be a little late but showed up a few minutes before 4pm. He tried to add the motor but said there was no water going to the fridge. He then started searching through the house for the water connection. When I explained the water was working before his orginal visit, he seem to be take this as being confornational. He told me I would have to have a plummer install the water before he could do the repair. I thought this was strange becuase it was never mentioned in the first visit. I said ok. He started whisling happly packed up quickly and left. Neither my water dispenser nor my ice dispenser works.

Description of Work: I called Bekley Appliance after Sears failed to show up for their scheduled appointment. They came out the next day and fixed both my stove and refrigerator. I spent $400 and saved $4,000 for new appliances. They were prompt. courteous and very profesinal.
