He called me when i expected. Gave me a reasonable time frame when he could get to the job. Showed up on time and completed work per our conversation. Compared to others that dont return calls, cant commit to a time and never show up .... this guy walks on water!!!

Professional and high quality work. They worked a couple of projects that is distinguished by their precise construction, unparalleled craftsmanship and unique designs on my accent wall.

We had 5 interior doors installed and the work was done in a timely manner. The quality was great and communication with Lee was very responsive. Lee even found a custom size door that we thought would take weeks to special order. Great customer service. I'm looking forward to having the company do more work soon.

I hired Mandini to install doors I had procured. He was able to install 2 of the doors, but then there was an issue with the doors that I needed to go back to the vendor on. I had given Mandini a $500 deposit. Due to the issue with the doors, Mandini was not able to install said doors. When I asked them to do some other work, I asked how much of the $500 would apply to the new work. Lee indicated it was fair for him to keep all the deposit as he could not go on to another job, even though this all occurred in the morning. I paid $500 for two partial door installs and used another contractor for the new work. Moral of the story, don't give contractors money until the work is done.

Mandini Construction made the whole process easy: quoting, scheduling, available to answer my questions. They were also clean and really efficient. My project turned out perfect just in time for the holidays!

For the first time a contractor that returns phone calls, shows up when he says he'll show up and stays with the job until it's done. Great communication and workmanship/craftsmanship. Cleans up after himself, respects your property.

Lee installed a cheap toilet in my bathroom. It could barely flush anything down and when I said something to him he said that i need a plumber to check out my plumbing. I called the plumber spent $150 to have him tell me that it was a cheap toilet and that he would never recommend that toilet. Lee is not a good craftsman and he doesn't stand behind his work. Pay the extra dollar if you have to but do not waste your money.

Lee installed our new exterior door and replaced all the surrounding moldings. He helped us through the whole process of selecting the door and measuring for the door. Lee was very neat and meticulous to make sure that everything was kept clean. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him. The work & door look great.

I will let you know after the second time used. The first job was well done, though I expect to leave a rating based on repeat service. I have already and will again recommend Lee. UPDATE 6/23/2020: Please understand this is an edit to my previous 4.5-star review. Also, note the **Not Recommended* is because I understand the Company is no longer doing this type of work. Reason for edited review, and reduced rating. This job was completed late in the summer last year as part of other work reviewed separately. (And unaltered by this edit) I had a porch step replaced, and am still happy with this. At the same time however I had the porch, steps, and foundation of the house painted. I am focused now only on the porch and steps. Because after only the Winter, there are several large chips in the new paint as well as a great deal of scrape marks showing the old color. This is of note not only because of the paint failure but also because I do not use the front door or porch. I enter and leave by the side door always. So this **damage/failure** is all from the mailman and a handful of deliveries. I would expect several years from this paint and the job done here, but after only 6 months and 1 winter, I have a serious problem. The contractor was contacted and asked if I had **power washed or damaged the paint**. While I believe I should be able to power wash, obviously I had not over the winter, and at this point of notification, it was still too cold to connect the hose to picket. I am told that if the situation were as I described, that **it would be made right by the company**. I want to believe this and have no reason to doubt it at this point, but I have not heard back from them regarding any scheduling, so, at this time, I feel it is prudent to be fair and adjust my prior review. Please also understand that if and when this issue is corrected I will be happy to adjust this review again, taking all into consideration.
