He was very easy to work with because he listened carefully to what we wanted , offered suggestions when asked and promptly answered any of our questions. Lee even helped us with our color selection by painting some of the material used to construct the divider with the colors we were considering. We would definitely use him again on a future project.

I hired Mandini Construction to replaced several interior doors, exterior doors, storm doors, locks, window casing, and molding. Lee was my Mandini project manager. He was a very clear communicator, showed me all the options I wanted to explore, made a hassle-free change order when I decided to add an additional custom door, and was always punctual and respectful. I was referred to Mandini by a neighbor across the street, and I am very glad that I went with them to replace several interior and exterior doors, hardware, and additional window molding too. This has been one of the best experiences Iâ ve had hiring someone to do professional work on my home. I felt like Lee really went the extra mile for me, was thoughtful and intentional in how he approached my project, and he got things done according to the agreed upon schedule. Mandini did a great job finishing several projects at my home which included replacing two 1952 pocket doors, fixing/installing a new pre-hung door, door trim, window trim, baseboards and shoe molding for my office and a framing project in my kitchen. Everything was done neatly and professionally. From quote to completion communication with Lee was clear and simple. I am very pleased and hope to hire again in the future for additional baseboard and trim work.

Lee is an absolute pleasant surprise I feel I found he is professional and definitely takes pride in his work the 6 interior doors he installed for me look perfect on top of all that I had a couple minor repairs cabinet door , heater vents that needed to be reinstalled he had no problems doing extras, the stair way cap he made is beautiful. He is very detail oriented he offered to match trim molding in hallway and all knobs to other doors in my home so everything match. I am so happy with my experience with his company I will definitely call him again and will refer him to family and friends.

Project: multiple new interior door installation, large entryway casement, lots of molding/baseboards, and a new built-in bookcase Lee was the project lead for Mandini. He was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. Lee did a great job taking some of my vague ideas and making them into a great finished product. Mine is an older house and not the easiest to work with (lots of unlevel, untrue walls, lines etc), but Lee made it happen--everything looks great and well integrated into my home. Highly recommend Lee and Mandini. I'll be using them again for future projects.

Other contractors either did not want to quote because the job was not quote, big enough, for them, or they did not return calls. With Lee from Mandini Construction, it was only about a week and a half between initial call and job complete, I did not have to wait weeks for availability. This was great since I am trying to get the house on the market. Work was done within one day, price was very fair and work was quality and professional. I certainly recommend this company!
