Had a problem with small ants in kitchen and bathroom. Company completed an exterior/interior spray and told us that we could have a retreatment if problem persisted which it did not. We were very satisfied with the service. Company showed up on time, took time to administer exterior/interior sprays, and talked with us about what to expect.

The procedure went well. Gary showed up on time and quickly sprayed the 3 levels of my home. His assistant sprayed the exterior as well. Gary was thorough in explaining how the procedure worked and was quickly finished in 20 minutes or so. I have already seen this working in the basement where bugs are more apt to be. So far so good.

The service went fine, it was exactly what we expected. No more spiders or bugs.

He was courteous and quick, and we have had no ants, centipedes or earwigs since!

On time, professional, honest, knowledgeable. Sprayed the whole outside perimeter of house for spiders and left some traps in the garage in case any mice decided to try to get in during the winter.

Service was acceptable for the price compared to "other" pest companies. I did see a few creepy crawlies after the fact, but I'm sure another spray would have solved that. I would hire them again. NOT pushy into getting you into an annual plan like the "other" company also.

Job completed on date scheduled. Very satisfied.

Tech arrived, asked if I had a ladder, I said "No" he said ok let me get one out of truck. Sprayed under shingles. I asked him to check out Wasp/Bee nest inside "outside light" fixture. Said it was old nest and left. I don't know much about this type of business, and if tech did what he was supposed to do. I just felt like tech was kind of going through motions, and not much more.

He was a no call no show twice. He finally came the third time.

Had used him when Angies List ran the big deal for $99, he called within a day or so, came right out, havent seen a spider. Nice work.

It went well. He answered by questions and worked with me to find a service to fit my budget.

Everyone has days where nothing goes right. The Tech was friendly, kind, and likeable, but had a lot of problems on this job. He didn't have a ladder in his truck so he climbed out a bedroom window in order to reach the nests...then the hornet's attacked him! He wasn't wearing a protection suit like other exterminators we've used in the past, so he had to throw himself back through the window in order to escape the hornets (with a few following him into the house!). I had to run for a fly swatter to kill the stray hornets. He then went back outside and used our ladder to reach up to the 2nd story to spray the area after the nests were knocked down. Unfortunately, his wand malfunctioned, spraying pesticide in his face! He had to come into the kitchen to submerge his face in water. He then discovered that his Bluetooth earpiece fell out during the crisis and a hunt ensued to find it. My son found it in our overgrown ivy. In a nutshell, the hornets are dead, the price was perfect, and my kids had awesome entertainment! I'd use the company again.

Their price is really cheap and inexpensive. He is nice and outgoing. He’ll come out as soon as possible and he doesn’t make me wait a long time, and he came out within a day or two. He is thorough too.

The job went great; real good. They are very polite and nice to work with. He doesn't try to oversell you. I will use them again in the future.
