Al, the owner, was outstanding! I was impressed with speaking to him upon scheduling his home inspection, upon arrival and duration of inspection through to his departure. He was very informative and thorough. I will most definitely recommend this company and if ever needed in the future, call them for help again.

Called about an ant problem, and made an appointment with Gary for the next day - was happy about his fast response. He quickly assessed the problem as "thief" ants and answered all my questions about treatment. He put out ant buttons and sprayed the exterior foundation of the house. He also gave me a written guarantee that if the ants came back within 60 days, he would return and do alternative treatments at no charge. Well, the ants were gone in two days, and fingers crossed they stay gone. He was knowledgeable and his price was comparable to one other estimate I got, and cheaper than another. BUT what was important to me was that he was the ONLY exterminator who was willing to go into the crawl space under the house IF NECESSARY to do the job. That speaks to his level of professionalism.

They are very good. price was reasonable as compared. They were very good, very polite. They explained everything thoroughly. Very punctual.

Excellent...I called Sat morning and left a msg. Gary returned my call in about two hours and came out Sat evening to remove the nest. His responsiveness was outstanding as well as his work quality. He understood I was desperate to have the nest removed as I have two small children that play downstairs, yet he never charged me extra for the rush or for coming out on Saturday...he was a true professional...

My call was answered promptly and Gary came out on the same day. Services were performed in a professional manner, and he provided useful information about the service he was providing as well as an offer to return if all the bees did not die by the following dy. I would hire this company again.

After some telephone tag i got a call back and was informed that this service did not cover carpenter ants. Angies coupon should have said that. Waste of time .....now back to square one. Now I need a refund from angies list. I wonder if they will let me review that.

Never got a call - very disappointed

Unfortunately, we brought back bed bugs from our hotel stay in Traverse City. We saw the signs early on and called AAPEX to be sure they did not get worse. AAPEX returned our call quickly and their representative arrived on time. He inspected the area and agreed that chemicals should be enough to clear up the problem. He sprayed the master bedroom and we opted to spray the rest of the house as a precaution (the chemicals also kills spiders). He completed the task in a timely manner and left his number to call if we had any issues or questions. The representative mentioned that there could be complications with our wicker headboard because of all the nooks and crannies. He was right; we saw at least two of those little buggers hiding out in the headboard. We ended up removing the wicker headboard and tossing it out in the trash. Thankfully, there has been no indication of any further activity.

Overall the service was great.

I contacted the Aapex through Angie's List and got a response with some follow up questions that same day. I responded to the questions and provided the dates and times I was interested in having them come out. 5 days later I have not heard back from them. I scheduled with another company.

They did a great job. I haven't seen them since. Pricing was excellent too and he was really nice.

Gary was prompt and responses in helping me figure out the issue. He came out a few times and seemed to have taken care of the problem. HE was very helpful, accommodating, I would recommend him to others and of course use again myself.

It went very well. Although I've yet to find any dead rodents in my basement or yard, I'm very confident that they are gone (dead). I took out a year contract with Aapex for them to come out every month, since I have had mice in the past. We also found squirrels in my attic and JD has since come back and set traps for them. He said he would take any squirrels that we catch to another location and set them free. I additionally contracted with JD to find and fix any spots in the attic where the squirrels were getting in. That work hasn't been done yet.

They were outside of my service area.

I called Aapex late in the afternoon on a Friday and they responded very quickly. Service was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Steve called to let me know he was on his way, and then he arrived at the time he told me he would be there. An inspection was done and no pests were found, so we decided to do a preventative treatment. Overall this was very fast, responsive, and professional service. I would recommend Aapex to anyone who asked for a referral to an exterminator.

He was prompt, did a good job, and was very informative to my wife on what he did, why he did it, and what he suggested I do to keep the wasps from coming back in.

My experience was fine. The technician was pleasant and he paid attention to the details. He answered all my questions well. Scheduling was good and I was able to get in when I needed them

JD at Aapex did a fine job of educating us and ensuring that we were prepared for their visit. Homeowner cooperation is important to the success of the program so we did our best to follow his instructions. When he and the others came to do the work they were very thorough and explained what we should expect in the weeks following. We just had our second visit of three, and so far everything has worked just as JD said. We are happy to be bug free and better prepared to avoid problems in the future.

We moved into a new house and started seeing some centepedes. We call Aapex and set up a appointment for them to come out. They easily fit into our schedule. They came out and sprayed, throughout our upper level and basement. He also sprayed outside too. He took his time and was very thorough. We have not had any issues since they were out. I am definately using them again, I highly recommend!

called aapex to remove a hornets nest that was in a shrub that was going to be removed the next day by a landscaping company that we hired. al smith promised that he would come out that same day to remove the nest in time for the landscaper. He did as he promised. He not only did a great job removing the nest, but also provided an educational service for me and my wife by walking around our house pointing out what we should look for to keep pests away. Great job I would use their service again and would recommend it to others. thanks !!!

Everything went great! The gentleman came soon after we called and took care of the problem and I haven't had ants since.
