+ -1 moreThey came out the next day and sprayed for ants inside and outside the house. There is a 30 day guarantee, I should call them back in 2 weeks is I see any ants. They were professional on the phone and in person, the tech was running late and called to let me know. I will use them again if needed.

+ -1 moreWe used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was fine. I ended up calling them, because I was in a hurry to have them out. They came out the same day. They were very professional and easy to work with. We were very satisfied. I thought it was a good price and good value. With regard to responsiveness, they came out right away. With regard to punctuality, they were right on time. I had no problem with them.

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company contacted me and said that since I lived so far away from him, it would be difficult for him to get to my house and do the job in a timely manner. So he arranged for another contractor in my area to do the job. He said this was someone he knew and trusted. The contractor that did come out was very competent and nice and did a great job. So this was a good experience for me.
Description of Work: The company that came out sprayed around my house for spiders and ants and also they put down mouse poison in my attic and basement.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, and he's very thorough. I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

So I do and leave another message as well as an email with dates we are available. No response. I want my money back. He obviously is too busy to help us or just doesn't want to pick up the phone. Believe me, I understand. I don't have time either.

+ -1 moreWe haven't had any problems since they're visit. We were told not to panic if any survivors are seen as they would soon be dead. Provider will return in another week or so for a followup treatment. The Provider was available for any questions, arrived promptly when required. Pricing was reasonable and service completed quickly and effectively..
Description of Work: Provided a checklist telling what must be done to ready our home for the preparation. The provider advised how to store property in each room and where to purchase that which was needed to do so, at a better price. When ready we contacted them for a treatment. They arrived as arranged and said he would arrive earlier if needed. The provider arrived and started to steam/kill any bedbugs and they're eggs. Then a poison was applied and a fine dust spread out so that the bugs feet were cut and poisoned more effectively.

They basically told me, I would be wasting my money to have service now. You don't get that type of honesty from to many companies any more.

+ -1 moreExterminator returned calls with a nominal delay, quoted a time, called to say he was running an hour late, showed up 2 and a half hours late. Claimed the house was too large for the coupon and required a $60 up charge to treat. Filled up chemical sprayer in the kitchen sink. On the positive side we had a definite decrease in the insects, and he did impart some knowledge on protecting our newly acquired house.

He was a little late coming out for our appointment, but other than that he came out and performed the services that he said he would. He came to perform the service one or two days after I purchased the deal but he missed the time of our appointment. The work has been effective.

+ -1 moreI really liked Gary on the phone. He was informative and friendly. However, he forgot about the appointment and sent someone else from his crew. This person charged me $50 more than I had been quoted and would not take my credit card. The company description says they will take credit cards. He inspected the house and I had some kind of beetles. I was relieved that it was not bedbugs and protected my beds anyway.
Description of Work: He checked for bedbugs, put bedbug covers on three mattress and box springs, and sprayed the perimeter of the inside of the house.

I didn't realize that it only covered half of my square footage, however Gary was flexible and allowed me to double the discounted price to cover the rest of the house. Gary was prompt in responding to phone calls and flexible to changing appointment days upon my request. He arrived on time and was in and out in 10 minutes. He also provided information for further services without seeming pushy. Overall a good experience.

In addition, due to an error on Angie's List -- which Angie's List then changed incorrectly -- the sq ft was not on the original "Big Deal" so he did agree to cover my entire house (even though my house is larger than the sq ft requirement that was added AFTER I bought). The proof of how good the results are will be after we see about any bugs this year, so I've left the "quality" as "N/A" until I get a little more time to see the effects.
Description of Work: Per those who were at the house, he sprayed around the foundation of the house outside, inside near the back bay window, and then in the crawlspace under the addition (which is generally where we've seen bugs).

+ -1 moreWhen I called owner Gary was very considerate, polite and it was easy to see that he was completely familiar with the business. Service Tech arrived at exactly the time he said he would. Did a through examination of premises, suggested a plan of attack and was very neat and considerate while in my home. I do not expect to use this service again, but if I need that type of service I will definitely call them again.

I was especially interested in flying bugs I had observed in my home.Mr. Morgan answered all my question including identifying the bug I had collected to show him (I've forgotten the name already) and the source of the bugs. He explained what he was doing and identified possible other problems I may have in the future. He arrived in the time promised, and did his job.
Description of Work: Interior and exterior application for common pest. He sprayed the whole two story home and basement. He spayed around outside doors and windows.

Description of Work: Two days later we got a bunch of ants back but I put poison out for them and they ate it for 3 days. Have not seen any ants since. I think a pocket of ants were in the kitchen wall but we got rid of them.
