Description of Work: Aapex responded quickly to our inquiry, and was able to send someone same day to deal with a roach sighting. The representative was on time, thorough, explained what he was doing, and answered all our questions. We opted to use them on a regular scheduled basis to prevent any future issues in a rental property.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal; perimeter pest control exterior and interior. I only let them do the exterior. JD was the service man. Very nice and profession. Gave me pointers for when I would want a similar service. Since I have a 3 story house with tall windows. there is always a good chance that some of the spray can get on the windows and cause a film. It is a good idea to have wash it off as soon as possible to decrease risk of the film being difficult to remove. I paid an extra 75 dollars due to my house being >2000 square feet.

Description of Work: Killed a wasp nest in the bushes and treated exterior of home and basement to prevent bees and other pests. Was very helpful in pointing out places that needed to be caulked to prevent pests from getting in the house.

Description of Work: Called to schedule immediately after purchased deal. Was told to call back when warmer. Called on 5/3 to schedule. Was told extra charge for square footage. When I purchased the Big Deal this was not listed. I decided that was not an amount I wanted to pay and contacted Angie's for refund.

Description of Work: Put out some bait for mice/rats and sprayed around house for spiders. Was helpful in explaining to me what I need to do to keep rodents out of crawl space. Overall, I am satisfied but based on the description of the advertisement, I thought I was getting more.
