Description of Work: My downstairs bathroom was in major need of either new tile or new grout. The grout doc saved me tons of money by cleaning, coloring, and filling in grout where needed! The project came out great and saved me from having to put in a new bathroom!

Description of Work: One bath they cleaned grout and the other was grout removal and replacement. The cleaning looks better, but not like new. the grout removal and replacement looks like brand new and would highly recommend. the owner is very responsive and staff showed up early to get the job done on time. Very good experience.

Description of Work: Regrouted two showers. Repaired grout on ceramic tile. Cleaned ceramic tile and tile in one bathroom. Promptness, work and results were very good. Would have liked written instructions on how to care for completed work, e.g. how long to keep furniture off, how to remove haziness, how to clean, etc.

Description of Work: Very professional from estimate to finished work. Cleaned and sealed all tile floors. Caulked the kitchen backsplash and bathtub. Worker on time as a matter of fact here early. I would definitely use Grout Doctor again!

Description of Work: I did not use them, but salesperson was very professional. Looked at my job and told me they could do the job, but felt they could not improve the look enough to be worth the money. Would be better off to totally replace for not much more money. Very honest. Also had another question about sealing grout that he could have made money on, but told me did need it because of the high quality grout that had been used. Highly recommend for trust!
