They got the job done, they just got done what needed to be done. The guy who came out and he gave me the owner of the company, he was okay. But the guy that came out and did the actual work, he was outstanding. He was like maybe 23, and he really knew what he was doing, really good.

The worker showed up at the appointed time, did the work very professionally and finished on time. This work was done about 1 1/2 years ago and the grout in the bathroom shower and foyer still look great. This is certainly the company I will contact in the future for any grouting needs.

We were pleased with the service we recieved

Called The Grout Doctor for an estimate on re-grouting and sealing a 2.5 foot x 5 foot bathroom double sink counter top and a 7 foot x 8 foot floor. The grout was in poor shape. The previous owner did a poor job of regrouting. Dave Wegener came over about a week later and gave me an estimate of $255 for the whole job, including a 20%discount as advertised. About a week later, Branden arrived as scheduled and completed the job in about 4 hours, as estimated. The ceramic tile looks great.

Work was performed on 12/01/09. White grout was used on tub and shower walls. Bisc grout was used on the floor. Within 6 months the floor grout had cracked and separated in so many places that it looked worse than before the floor was regrouted. Shower and tub deck still looked very nice. Called David on 8/10/10 asking for him to come look at the problem. Said that he would get back to me. Called again on 10/10/10. Once again he said that he would get back to me. Called again in December. Finally got David to talk to me on 3/3/11. By this time the floor had deteriorated to the point that it was far worse than before the work was done. David agreed to finally come out and take a look on 3/18/11. David inspected the floor and diagnosed the problem as "floor crowning." He agreed with me that there was a problem and suggested that a synthetic grout could be used in the areas of repair. He was very curt but promised that he would call when he could schedule the work. Unless his name is unknown name, unknown caller, private caller or toll free call he again has not called. I have always given David the benefit of just being very busy - but now the floor has deteriorated in areas totally opposite from the supposed "crowning". Only I use this bathroom. It is not high volume. I do not weigh 200 lbs. AND I do not want to pay $800.00 for a job that lasted only 6 months. Now the grouting in the shower has started to crack and fall out. There goes my bad batch of bisc grout theory and David's "floor crowning" theory!!! In reply to provider response: I have the invoice for this job at $800.00 and "poor floor construction " was never discussed until David finally was able to see the extent of the problem after almost a year and a half of trying to get his help. How do you accuse the builder of poor construction when the original floor grout lasted more than 16 years and the regrout job lasted less than 6 MONTHS!!!

They were okay, but I wasn't that impressed with the service. I had to call them back because the first gentleman actually didn't put the grout in right. I had to do some of the work myself. I wasn't that impressed.

It was very good. I would use them again.

Things went very well. He showed up right on time, told me everything he planned to do and even did some extra staining in the shower that he didn't charge me for because he wasn't sure it would last (it apparently doesn't work as well in high water/soap areas).

He did a very nice job. When my daughter came in, she said that the floor looked like new. The grout had been white in some places and dark in others, and even we washed it it couldn't be the same color, but it looks great now.

The representative estimated the work would take about 4 hours and, since they charges by the hour, would be about $350. Work actually took 2.25 hours but charge was still $325. Employees seemed more concerned with completing the job quickly than making sure it was done with the expertise one would expect for the price. The franchise owner did only a cursory check of the work and I had to point out some missed areas. General workmanship was average.
