I felt that the grout doctor rep. was very honest. He did not think that the grout needed any additional work to ensure that it is waterproof. He said that he could give me an estimate to do a few small fixes, but didn't think it was necessary since there was no issue with water leaking. He was honest in saying that the amount of work to make it pretty probably wouldn't be worth the cost since there were no issues with leaking.

Thought the price was a little too much for what was actually done.

After the initial work was completed, we contacted David to follow up on some issues. To his credit, David is committed to being very customer focused. He responded promptly was timely in personally addressing and resolving our concerns.

Came out to give estimate. Explained they have $200 minimum but made suggestions of other things I could do to reach $200 minimum. Grout person came as scheduled and was very nice. Repaired grout to my expectations and dyed grout. Bathroom looks great :)

Removed and cleaned all broken surfaces. Reapplied loose tiles and re grouted. You cannot see the difference in repaired surfaces. Looks like new.

I was pleased with what they but apparently their was a miscommunication. I thought that they were re-grouting the tiles but apparently they just cleaned it. At the end of the project i was surprised that they were gone and i was not thrilled by that. The quality of work was fine but they didn't do what i expected.

I placed an email inquiry late one evening and promptly received a phone call the very next afternoon. David was able to come over within the week to give me an estimate. He quickly assured me that my areas of concern were very easily fixable. He seemed quite knowledgable about his work. I showed him all of my bathrooms that I thought needed to be regrouted and cleaned, but he said only a few of them needed the work. I respected his honesty and was pleased I had a smaller project at hand than I originally thought. He wrote up an estimate at that time and the prices seemed fair. My work will start in a month and will report back after it's all finished.

The finished product is absolutely fantastic! Looks better than new. Surpassed my expectations and I'm a picky homeowner. Crew was on time and friendly. Bathroom was spotless when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future. I wouldn't call anyone else.

David, the owner, first came out and gave us an estimate for what needed to be done. He was very accommodating and worked with my schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Brandon and Mark then came and cleaned all our tile, shower floors and walls and bathroom floors, and prepped the one bathroom to apply new grout. Mark returned 2 days later, after everything dried out, and put in new grout in the one bathroom and prepped the other bathroom so he could return today to install new grout. He did a beautiful job! He also had to replace a couple tiles in the one shower. As I said, he did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend this company and will call again if I need any grout replaced. David, Brandon and Mark were all very personable and definitely knew what they were doing. Great job and thank you.

I decided not to have the work done at this time. He was very nice and informative.

Should I ever have a tile problem again, I'd definitely call them.

He was outstanding. It looked like a brand new shower when he was finished. The guy never took a break and was on his hands and knees for hours in a small shower to do the work. I'd highly recommend this company.

A new granite counter was installed in the kitchen. The Grout Doctor grouted between the new counter and the existing tile back splash then caulked the gap. In the bathroom they removed old caulk from around the tub and window then re-caulked. The owner was very responsive when I initially left a message saying I needed work done. He called that same afternoon and we set up an appointment. He was on time and very good about explaining what they would do. The two guys who came out to do the work were great. They were polite, left everything clean and did very nice work. It all looks very good and I'd definitely hire them again.

I called the Grout Doctor for an estimate on regrouting our shower stall, as the prior job (not done by this company) was cracking and we were getting a bit of damage on the drywall next to the stall. The owner suggested we should retile over the existing floor. He suggested using 2" square tiles and running the tiles closer together than the 6 inch tiles that were already laid. I was a bit hesitant with laying tile over an existing tile floor in the stall, but after reading up on it, decided to give it a go. We took his advice and the installer, Brandon, actually arrived a bit early for the appointment. He did call first to make sure that was fine. Brandon did a nice job, although I was glad he called me in to show me his plan before setting the tiles. Originally he was going to leave a pretty wide grout line on the one side. It was easier for him to not cut the tiles and I think he wanted to take the quick way out, but once I mentioned that Dave (I believe that was the estimator's name) and I discussed how there should be thinner grout lines, he agreed to cut the tiles and make the side grout less wide. The estimator also suggested coloring the grout on the bathroom floor, which had some staining so it was not uniform in color. It looks like new now. The job really made the shower look much better, and the new tiles actually go better with the existing walls than the old white tiles did. It is now 3 months post installation, and the floor is holding up really well. It honestly drains better now than it did originally. I will call this company to do work in the future.

they were right on time 8am sharp they were clean and professional and finished the work just as promised.

They came on time for the quote and the actual job. The grout had come out in several places. The caulking along the window and door we're looking old and warn. They replaced the caulking and filled in where the grout had come out. The colors all matched and it looks good.

The estimator was a little late for the quote appointment. The quote was good and lower than a competing general contractor. The owner was very flexible in rescheduling some jobs to meet the aggressive timing needed to list our home. The gentleman who performed the work was right on time, pleasant to deal with, and did an excellent job. All 3 bathrooms look dramatically better. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience.

They were fine. He showed up on time. He was knowledgeable. He did not have anything that we disliked.
