I've acted as my own general contractor for all the renovations in our home and I've dealt with a lot of people who 1) don't show up 2) never respond with a quote 3) do poor work 4) not pleasant to interact with .. and the list could go on - Edward and his team showed up on time in the morning when they said they'd arrive. - They all worked well together and were pleasant to be around - My wife and I were incredibly happy with the work they provided - Of course price is a big factor and Edward's quote was very fair and for the quality of work, we were extremely happy - Another important piece - they cleaned up! I didn't have to vacuum up someone else's mess like I've had to so often First Class Tile is a great company and any tile work I need done in the future - I know exactly who I'm calling.

We called First Class Tile after deciding the job was too big for us to complete. Eddie was very responsive and came out quickly for a quote. Eddie was able to schedule and complete the work quickly and out bathroom was completed before the holidays. In addition to being very responsive, Eddie was respectful of my home, making sure they did not leave a mess. We were very happy with the job they did and would absolutely use them again.

Eddie and his crew were the best! I was absolutely satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work. These guys do not cut corners, they were very focused on my concerns and did an outstanding job! I dont often write reviews unless they are exceptional. Eddie and his crew worked together very well and never bickered with each other, they worked together as a team to get my job done. They were always on time and did everything that they promised, Eddie even did some work on the outside of my home and never charged me for it. Thanks again guys, I will be calling you again!

I had my entire kitchen and entrance from my front door replaced with porcelain tile. Everything looks great and I would recomend First Class Tile LLC. Even though I had large 18"x36" tiles they were able to keep very tight grout lines and very a professional appearance. The tile looks stunning and I am very happy. Thanks Edward!

I can honestly say that renovating a foreclosed house is a NIGHTMARE!!! Trying to find competent contractors at a fair price is almost unheard of, and when you do find someone.. They either do a lousy job or never show up.I'm here to let you all know about this little company my hairdresser was telling me about. They sounded to good to be true, but I was desperate! I called up FirstClassTile, and spoke with Edward, he is very professional, honest and knows his stuff. He came out to see the house I was trying to refinish... 4300 sq ft. I wanted tile floors..modern/contemporary look. He had brilliant ideas.. We decided on ceramic tile made to look like hardwood floors.. This wonderful company quoted me a price that was cheaper than the 10 other contractors I had gotten quotes from, came in on time everyday... Worked full days and finished my entire house (floors and custom bathroom) in half the time the other contractors quoted!! And, they cleaned up after..sealed the floors...AMAZING!!!! I can't recommend this company enough! If your looking for professional top rate quality at rock reasonable prices..CALL FIRSTCLASSTILE!!! A hard working single mom on a budget.
