Excellent Window Cleaning

They came on time & did a good job and they were very pleasant.

They were very good. Once the job was completed I called back because I had an overflow, and they sent someone right out .What they found to be the problem was a bird's nest in a particially hidden gutter. The price was determined by how much they had to get out of the gutters. I was very happy with $65. I didn't have much to get out. They are quite fast. It doesn't take them long to do it because they do most of it from the roof.

Service was completed as requested with no hassle.

They were great! I have had other companies come in and say they will do things, and because I didn't baby sit, I went and looked at a couple of windows, and they didn't clean them. This company was not that way. I will be calling them back.

Overall they did good jobs even though I feel a little bit expensive than other companies. Some crews do not work hard like other crews so later I found out many dirty spots.

EWC does a pretty good job but they are expensive and in several cases because they were training someone new, I had to make them re-wipe down some of the window sills etc. If you aren't watching carefully, it doesn't get done properly.

They are very prompt- friendly & courtious. The young man puts on shoe covers when he comes in to clean the mirror.Will continue to use this company.

I've used ECW for both my residence and several rental properties for 10+ years and they have done consistently outstanding work, very professional and very thorough. Always maintain clean standards (covers on shows, etc.) and clean up around windows if there are drips from the cleaning. Price is reasonable for the time spent, although there is cheaper out there. I yet never been disappointed.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and did the work quickly. This is the second time I’ve used them because they are so good. I would definitely recommend them.

I had moved into a new house and they tracked dirt all over the rug. They didn’t put rags under the ladder when they were cleaning. I would not have them come back. I did write and call them to explain my dissatisfaction with their work. They offered to come back, but I didn’t want them back in my house.

They were fine. We found someone with cheaper rates so we no longer use them. But, they were punctual and did the work well.

We have used them several times. They are careful not to track dirt inside and I trust them in my house. They are thorough but also work quickly. They showed up on time and didn’t keep me waiting.

I work with them all the time they are exactly what their name says. They're on time, they tell you the day and they'll be there on that day. You don't even have to be home and they send you a bill. They do a great job. I had a window that still had some junk on it, it wasn't cleaned properly and I called them and they came out the next day and took care of it. I've been using them for like 5 years and that's the only time I've ever had to call them back out. They do follow up calls so the next day they would call to find out how the service was.

"Excellent" is a good name for this company. They came right out and gave us a quote and scheduled the work promptly. The guys did a wonderful job on the windows. I was impressed when I saw a small tool come out to scrape a little sticky spot off of one of our windows - they didn't just wash over it, but made sure the windows were really clean! I am delighted with their service and have scheduled a regular window cleaning schedule with them! I was also impressed with the person who answered the phones when I called - very professional and nice - which gave me confidence in their business and service. Would highly recommend this company.

They were fine, excellent. I liked everything about them.

I Informed company at time of appointment we had special double-paned Pella windows. Polite Crew of 2 arrived early but unaware of needing to clean 4 panes per window which doubled the work time. Overall did good job, but several windows were left smeary and some appeared not done...mentioned concern when bill paid but never received call back to redo affected windows. Not a good customer response! Makes me feel that they don't care about customer satisfaction...not a good way to ensure repeat business and referrals.

They are great. They are very dependable and the people are fine.
