"I recommend Allshire highly and without reservation. Russ, John, and all their crews were professional and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

"I hired Glass Doctor of Dearborn Heights to replace 5 windows in my house that lost seal. I am in the process of selling the house. It took them 2 appointment installation. all the windows and about 4 weeks from ordering to installation. First disappointment was with mix up of my appointment time. I had written down 11am to 2 pm, and according to the installers it was 8 am to 12pm. I rushed to the house, the installers arrived without the right equipment, and did not have shoe covers or masks. First they offered to reschedule for next week and I explained that this job has to be done today. They went back to the store to get all the right equipment. Came back hour and a half later, and this time I was informed the windows were the wrong size. Also, even after I requested installers to wear masks inside the house, they disobeyed my request and did not wear masks inside the house. At that point I was so frustrated with all the professionalism that took place, that I decided not to replace the windows and cancelled my order all together. As a result, in my sale contract I am obligated to change the windows, which puts me in very bad position with a buyer, but I can not trust this company to do this job any longer. And I have to disinfect and clean the house after I had installers inside my house without masks even after I requested them to have masks on inside the house. Plus I have a huge sign in front to wear masks. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company."

They were very nice, friendly, very professional men. They worked hard and only stopped for lunch. They cleaned as they worked. When the were finished one of the men washed my floor on his hands and knees. (I stopped him - it was not necessary) Our door is PERFECT. I know we made the BEST choice hiring Rob and you will too."

"I’m very disappointed in this company and was told that this would happen. The first time everything was professional for the majority of my windows and they look great. They were not able to put in the last 6 windows in our house because the drain holes were put in wrong in the making of the replacement windows and the window crew had shown then to me to verify and them to me and stated that they would have to be reordered. They even took pictures of the original windows and put it on the app. This crew was great, clean and put in new wood for the bottom of my window seals. The second time another window installer came in but could not do the work because the same windows were sent and he could not consciously put in those windows because we would have problems. He even called the company and argued with them. Someone from the company told him to put them anyway. The 3rd time no one showed up and I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. The 4th time they sent a crew that does not speak English so I could not communicate with them that the windows were wrong and that the wood seals in the bottom of the windows needed to be replace first. I tried and got "I speak no English". The quality of work is not the same as first group and shows. I was warned that you would not replace the mistake windows and would keep sending a different group of installers until one of them puts them in. AND YOU DID JUST THAT! I wished I had read reviews and searched your company before I had POWER HRG put my windows in. I also have never received a handle for the screen door of the patio which I was told would happen. This was not what I had signed up for and require it to be as professional installed as was completed the same as the first windows. I feel cheated and let down by your company and taken advantage of! I left a message to customer service by email was never contacted back. All I have received was the that service was completed and now you have to pay. if all was done on the first day, this would have been a 5 star rating."
