It went really well. My dryer vent is actually quite long and difficult to clean, but they did an excellent job. Furthermore, they were respectful, personable, and cleaned up after themselves.

I had to reschedule this appointment several times and they were very understanding. Tim called to see if he come early which worked great for me. I have had dryer vents cleaned in multiple houses but this was the first time anyone measured the airflow. It was nice to see the before and after difference. Tim made a couple of suggestions but I decided not to purchase the solid ducting. Very professional and kept things clean. He was in and out in 30 minutes. The Angie's List discount helped.

CALL CLEAN AND GREEN FIRST!!!! Then again, you may not have a full appreciation of the value of their work unless you have another experience against which to compare. First estimate was right at $300 - and did NOT include replacing the exterior vent - they never even went outside. First estimate was higher, but even more importantly - the workers did NOT inspire confidence. Tim from Clean and Green, however, was excellent - from updating me on his progress for arrival for the estimate - and explaining what he was doing and why throughout the process. Tim also suggested a couple alternatives re: how to address another question about some moisture on a basement wall - so got some good BONUS information as well. Could not be happier or endorse more highly!!!

We recently moved into our home and our inspector had recommended having the dryer vent looked at because it had a number of angles in it as it was shaped to reach the outside vent. So when we just purchased a new dryer we called Clean & Green based on the Angie's List reviews and their website to check out the connection and dryer vent. They were able to schedule us for an appointment quickly and Tim arrived promptly. He clearly is an expert on these systems and was able to do a quick test of the back pressure (the airflow couldn't be tested due to our deck and vent location). He confirmed the vent was working, clean, and safe. He also noted that given the current condition of the vent, it would be unnecessary to install a new vent system. I was very happy with his honesty and expertise about the whole system and the visit.

Tim, the owner of the company showed up at the exact scheduled. Tim found the problem right away and fixed it that day. Also checked dryer vent of roof. There was no blockage so he did no charge me for that.

We called Clean and Green because we were concerned our very long dryer vent could be clogged. It had been cleaned about five years ago, but lint seems to build up pretty rapidly at our house. The appointment was scheduled for between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Tim. the serviceman, actually arrived a little early. Rather than start cleaning immediately, he first checked the airflow, determined it was just fine, and told us it really didn't need to be cleaned. We were impressed that he didn't try to sell us a service we didn't need! The only charge was $39.00 for the service call. In a few years, when it looks like we do need the vent cleaned, we will definitely call Clean and Green again!

Incredible. What a mess I had. After 15 years in our house we decided to replace our deck. Once the deck was off the back of the house, I noticed that the dryer vent had a lint bunny the size of a Buick sticking out of it. I cleaned it out and realized that the entire vent was probably clogged. Immediately came inside, went on Angie's List and found a company to call. The next day the service tech was at my door with tool kit in hand and a smile on his face. So professional. After a through inspection, I was informed that out dryer vent REALLY needed to be replaced, and so the work began. In no time at all, the dryer vent was replaced, the outside dryer vent cover was replaced, my dryer had been vacuumed out, the dryer connection to the vent was tightened and all work was done and the entire mess cleaned up.So professional, so courteous and our technician explained every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is concerned about the safety of their dryer vent system.

Our experience with them was a pretty straightforward job, so there wasn't anything special they had to do. But they arrived on time, and they cleaned up their work area very well, and were courteous and professional the whole time. If I needed to do something like this again I would definitely call them and I would recommend them to other people.
