Very professional, did a great job, very friendly guy. Took measurements of dryer vent airflow before and after to show the vast improvement. He not only cleaned the dryer vent, but he fixed some jury-rigged repairs on the duct from the dryer done by the previous homeowner during the same visit for a very reasonable price.

Tim is so reliable. He tested the vent and did some interior work then went into the attic and insulated the vent so the cold won't make so much condensation. Tim tested and said the vent doesn't need cleaning yet ( he had cleaned it previously) and told me when it would likely need it again. I so appreciate Tim's honesty and concern about my situation. It's a relief to know if a company and a person who you can trust!

Very professional and thorough. Have 2nd story laundry - exterior vent is difficult to reach due to steep roof pitch. They were able to reach it using multiple ladders. Vent was heavily clogged (clothes would take 3+ cycles to dry.). They did a great job! They even cleaned up all the lint covering our yard (and our neighbors) from the clean out. Very happy with their professionalism.

Tim the owner from Clean and Green Dryer Vent Experts did an awesome job. Tim inspected our Dryer and Dryer vent, and explained everything that he was seeing. He explained up front what he thought should be done and how much everything would cost. It was evident that Tim was very knowledgeable in this area, which I found out that he is actually an instructor that helps to get people certified in this industry. The price Tim charged was very fair and he is worth every penny. I paid Tim less than the large company charged me and he spent twice as long cleaning the dryer and dryer vent. There is no need to look for any other companies, if you find a lower price I guarantee they are not going to do a good job. Having a clogged dryer / dryer vent can be a fire hazard and/or cause carbon monoxide poisoning. After having Tim out you will be reassured that your home and family will be safe.

The gentleman arrived on time. He assessed the situation and I hired him to do the work.

The original reason for the call was a disconnect in the duct connecting our dryer to the outside world. Tim explained why he felt the disconnect occurred and then repaired to help prevent the problem in the future. He also indicated that the manner in which the previous home owners connected the dryer to the the duct was too restrictive and built a proper connection there as well. With the proper connections in place he inspected the flow rate of air at the exit to the outside and explained that it was much lower than anticipated and that indicated it would take a long time to dry clothes and the recommended procedure was to clean the duct. Finally, after completing the cleaning he was confident that we have a much safer and properly functioning dryer system. I would be happy to recommend Clean and Green to anyone with similar needs.

I found Clean and Green looking for someone who would install the duct and vent for a basement bathroom fan. I have a brick house and did not want to tackle the installation myself. They were the first ones I found, of many attempts, who said they could do the work, and scheduled me for between 1-3 pm a few days later. Tim arrived right at 1 pm (impressive!), and was very friendly. He went through all my options with me and made a couple suggestions to try and save me money since he could see we were in the middle of a large DIY remodel and thought we could handle part of the installation ourselves. During the walk through he noticed the dryer vent in the adjacent laundry room was old and not up to code, we knew that already so it wasn't a surprise or up sell for him to point it out, and we talked through pricing for replacing that as well. His prices were very reasonable. Seriously if I had known how reasonable replacing the dryer vent would be I would have done it when we moved in years ago. He explained that the only reason the bathroom fan vent was so expensive is because of the specialty tools to cut through the brick. In the end we had him do both the bathroom fan according to the original plan, which was more expensive but we just wanted it done and done right, and the dryer vent. The entire job took him 2.5 hours and wasn't easy work. He was incredibly friendly the couple times I went down to check on the work, he would answer any questions I had and just chat while he worked. At the end he showed me all the work, made sure I was happy with the level of cleanliness, gave me some tips on fixing a broken pocket door that he walked by, and he even took a special trip out back to make sure the fence gate got closed. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly recommend him and hire him again.

First job: Clean and Green did a fantastic job. Tim arrived at my house on time and was very professional, and nice. He took one look at the old dryer vent tubing looped along my basement ceiling and said it needed to go. He figure out a new way to rig rigid dryer venting despite a pretty awkward placement of the dryer . Tim also cleaned out the lint traps in the dryer, and showed me some pretty alarming singe marks. I had told him that it was taking several hours to dry clothes, and he showed me how badly vented the dryer was, and what a fire hazard that could be. After his work was done, not only did the venting work perfectly, but it was like we had gotten a brand new dryer, with the clothes drying in one cycle, and not three or four. I learned a lot from Tim, and asked him to to clean and fix the venting at my mother's house as well. Second job: Clean and Green again did a fantastic job, this time re-placing the old accordion style venting with new rigid tube venting at my mother's house. Her laundry room was heating up badly when her dryer was running, a sure sign that the venting was not working properly. Clean and Green came, and figured out how to get the venting up to code in her basement, which involved taking down some plywood ceiling and re-locating the rigid tubing . Again, the team (Tim and his Dad) were thoroughly professional, and very friendly; my mother was totally comfortable with their coming and going. They left the work areas clean and neat. Overall, they were great. I will absolutely have Clean and Green come back for all dryer venting maintenance.

Our old dryer was acting up, and in the process of opening it up to fix it, I disconnected our flexible dryer vent pipe. There was at least half an inch of lint coating the entire inside of the pipe. While I probably could have replaced the pipe myself (it is in the basement--goes 8 feet up the wall and straight outside), I thought it would be better to have a professional determine what needed to be done since it is a safety critical system. I sent an email on Sunday night, and early Monday morning I had an email from Christine clearly stating the process and likely range of costs depending on what needed to be done. I called a half hour later and spoke with Christine. Her advice was helpful, and I scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I wasn't around when Tim came to do the work, but my wife said he was very courteous and professional. He said the pipe was up to code, but that it either needed to be cleaned or replaced. He measured the flow rate at the beginning and end of the vent pipe--which was helpful in confirming there was a problem. It was only $10 more ($112 total) to replace it, so we went with that option. The new pipe he installed is rigid and looks really great compared to what was there. He measured the flow rate at the end of the new pipe and that number was way better than the old pipe. Overall, a great experience and a better price than I was expecting. I highly recommend Clean and Green Dryer Vent Experts.

Highly recommend this company. Family owned business with serious attention to detail and is very customer-centric. First impressions are everything and I knew immediately from my first interaction with Christine that this was the company I wanted to use (professional, reasonably priced, empathy for customer's plight/able to ease concerns). Tim did an outstanding job rerouting my dryer vent through roof, took his time to do the job right and left the job spotless after he was through. Thank you!

They arrived on time and made sure each time they came in the house they had on booties to help keep the floor clean (much appreciated!). They took the time to carefully inspect my dryer functioning with current dryer vent config. They did airflow testing as well as back pressure testing. Based on the testing, they confirmed that the vents were completely clear as I had recently had them cleaned, however my dryer itself was exhibiting some problems with airflow. They recommended to have the dryer serviced due to the safety issues related to malfunctioning gas dryers. In terms of the vent configuration, they said it would be better to vent into roof, but that the config and longer run that I have today is still OK. However, they said the PVC I had on part of the run was not up to code, so they replaced that with semi-rigid piping, taped up all the seams, installed insulation over most of the piping, and installed a new cover on the outside of the house to prevent bird nests. I am thoroughly pleased with the service they provided. They are true experts and I absolutely trust their work and their advice 110%. Added bonus is that they're a couple of great guys too! I will recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning or installation service and will use them each time my vents need cleaning.

He arrived on time and was ready to go. He had all of equipment he needed and explained every detail of why he was doing what he was doing....and what he found, good and bad, while doing the work. Because my roof vent was installed with a screen over it, the screen was completely closed with packed lint. Of course everything from there down was full of lint! He removed the screen and proceeded to clean out everything! He explained the cost before going forward. I learned a lot by listening to him but most of all I learned that I will always call Clean and Green and there's no way to express how grateful I am for his good honest work.
