They don mind explaining what's going on and what they are doing. If they need to replace a part they don't have to call and order they have every thing I needed on hand. They even show you how and what on the part went bad. They will tell you what might have happened to make it go bad. I learned a lot for my service person I feel I can help him on service call lol.

My furnace went out on Saturday night. Sunday morning I called Household Heating and Cooling and spoke to John. Within 45 minutes he was at my home. He was able to diagnose the problem and called to located the part that was needed for the repair. First thing Monday morning he gave me a courtesy call to say that he was on his way. I could not have asked for better service.

I was overcharged and I felt that they tried to scam me. I had to get another person to fix my furnace. He found that Household had left a part unattached which caused the heat to stop a few days after the Household workmen left. They charged me $395.76 for a new control panel. The second person paid only $102.00 for the same panel. A 300% mark-up. Household kept insisting that I needed a new furnace. The second person said mine was good for another 3-4 years. I should receive a refund.

Everything was great, could have been cheaper- only took 5 minutes to connect the thermostat wires.

They gave me a senior citizens discount.

I Called them for furnace Repair, they talked me into A new furnace.I guess I needed it,A lot more money. Seems to work better.

They were coming on in the morning and I had an important errand to take care of. I asked them to come in - do the work - payment on the table - and please lock up. They have done several jobs for me and they always do outstanding work. Kenny is great and has also helped with extras. Very trustworthy and reliable. I never felt that they gouged me and after my husband passed - this care continued.

He took care of me: replaced the (30 year-old) furnace & A/C & condenser unit. They are great!
