They came an installed an inducer motor and went away without my Furniture working. Charged me way over what the motor should cost. I would not recommend any one to use this company!

Amazing! I spoke with Kenny prior to his arrival. He answered my call before work hours. He was pleasant to speak with, professional, and patiently answered all of my 200 questions. Kenny arrived on time and ready to work. Within an hour or so, our heating/cooling issues were corrected. Save yourself any possible frustration or headache.....call Household Heating. They are not very good. They could not figure out the problem. They had to guess at the issue and charged a mint for replacing the part that did not even solve the issue. We did not even call them back to try again because they did not know what they were doing. They even asked for the user manual! Save your money.

My furnace went out on Valentine s Day. I went on Angie s list and heard back from John B. very quickly. It was around 8:30 pm. My house was down to 58 degrees. It was a Friday night and he offered to come right over. He was prompt, friendly and explained what the problem was and how it could be fixed. He was able to fix the problem temporarily. He called back Saturday morning & make sure the furnace was still working and to let me know that he ordered the part I needed. He came back on Monday. He gave me a courtesy call and was over right when he said he would. I highly recommend Household Heating & Cooling!!! Thanks John!!

Everyone from the owner to the installers were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were VERY fast in diagnosing the problem, finding parts (3/4 hour) and giving me several options to fix the A/C. They completed the job in about 36 hrs from the first call late in the afternoon after Home Advisor recommended them. I hired Household after having another company left me hanging for a week in 90 deg+ heat stating that the repair parts were obsolete.

They're very timely and work very quickly. They have a tremendous amount of knowledge. They're prices are a bit steep, but they'll get the job done and do it right.

My 2 issues were that they couldn't service me the night I called, they were too busy, BUT they did come 1st thing in the morning. It's just me I'm sure, but I think they & most companies charge too much for Labor. Otherwise they were great & I'm calling them in the Spring to fix my AC that went out last year.
