Description of Work: The person who did the work was nice and professional. But the bubble in the carpet was not fixed. It is still there. It was a wasted effort. I paid only $79 for the service, but got nothing for it.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in four rooms and hallway. They look brand new. While they were here, I asked how much would it cost me to clean a loveseat? Before I knew it, they cleaned my loveseat, and four of my upholstered kitchen chairs. Now, my entire house feels clean.

Description of Work: cleaned carpet in 5 rooms (actually 4 plus one hallway). good job on getting carpets clean (my kids had destroyed them in their play areas). They could have done a more thorough water extraction at the end, carpet was left reeaallly wet and required about 48 hours with multiple fans/dehumidifier to fully dry. I'd use them again.
