Description of Work: I had booked them to clean carpeting and grout as we were putting the house up for sale. I had a doctor's appointments in preparing for hip replacement, but my sister was here. It was a very rainy and windy day, so they were late--no problem. However, they did a once-over on the stairs--the dirtiest part of any carpet, so they were still dirty...and because of them getting wet, the dirt in the carpet and wetness dried "hard". They didn't clean the grout to the edge of the floors. Also, my sister had just leased a brand new car, brought it back to my house as she was staying with us for the summer, and parked it in the driveway. After they left, there was a huge scratch/ding in the car. She was devastated--it was her first new car in over 20 years. We believe that when they opened the van door, the wind caught it and slammed into her car. When I called the office, the curt secretary just said, "I'll ask them, but if they don't say anything, I can't do anything. Anyway, just file an insurance claim." Not so easy for a person living totally off of social security. I notified the owner, Jason, of all of this and never heard anything from him...although I have finally been taken off their annoying automated phone calling.

Description of Work: I had my carpets stretched and cleaned. The did a good job once there but were quite late in arriving. I would use them again to see if this is or is not a usual pattern as the carpets looked and smelled fresh.
