Description of Work: They could not remove the mildew from the grout which was the reason for hiring them. Also, I was told that the sealer applied to the grout was not waterproof. In summary, I do not have clean waterproofed grout in my shower.

Description of Work: Had them out to clean sofa chair and deep clean tile. I spent more time cleaning the overspray on to my wood floors and wet foot prints from bathroom to front door than they di cleaning. The deep cleaning of tile was them spraying the walls and floors then wet vacuuming it up. Was not worth the time and effort to complain. Best I can say is they showed up on time

Description of Work: Steam cleaned couch and chair, furniture was very clean after they finished. They recommended running a fan to help it dry faster. Furniture was dry within the expected time frame. They cleaned up water from floor, I found some spots that they missed, but that was not a problem. Overall very good experience and a great deal price-wise.

Description of Work: Cleaned my office. It was pretty dirty and they did a good job. Think there were couple of stains nobody could take out but looked much better. The biggest issue was it took two days to dry which I wasn't expecting. I was worried that would cause more stains from people walking on it but it didn't luckily.
