Description of Work: Contract was for 500sqft of carpet. Did not fully utilize the full coverage but that was my fault. Their work was excellent and very fast. Got out stains that retail DIY cleaners didn't. Only negative was that it took a long time to dry (8 - 9 hrs)

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed grout in shower. Went very well. They were in and out. no fuss,no muss.

Description of Work: Cleaned sofa and chair as previously purchased, but added an area rug at the time of the service for just $20.00. |I really cannot praise this company and it's technicians highly enough. This is my second experience and I will not use any other carpet/upholstery cleaner EVER.

Description of Work: They cleaned my 4 pc sectional. I paid additional $30 for the 4th pc. They called the morning of appt and said they had a cancellation and asked if they could come early which I agreed to. There were 2 men that came. The were polite and they cleaned if very quickly. After they left it dawned on me that they did not pull the part of the couch out that was against the wall to clean the back of it. I called the office and told the lady what happened. She told me the soonest they could come back was a week later. (which would be this coming Thursday so they have not completed the job yet.) The cleaning itself I feel was average, and I dont think I should have to wait a week for them to come back.

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 rooms of carpet and a hallway. It was one person and he did an excellent job. He didn't just walk in and clean the carpet, he sprayed deodorizer and stain remover, then fluffed it out with a brush and cleaned it spending several minutes on the spots that we said needed it. I have two puppies that have spent some months having accidents on the carpet and now it smells great and looks great. I would use this company again, they take pride in they're work. I feel I got a lot more than I expected for what I paid and that almost never happens.

Description of Work: We wanted our carpets cleaned before Christmas and even though they were very busy they fit us in at a time that was convenient for us. We needed more than the offer covered, so the woman that handles the phone and scheduling helped us make the most of the offer. She is very friendly yet professional and organized. She had us in her records, pulled us up right away and scheduled us effortlessly. We were so pleased with the work that they did before that I wanted to have them clean our carpets this time as well. They get stains out and they don't come back. (I have a friend that used a different company and she had to pay extra for each stain and then they returned over time). When I mentioned that we had a few stains she told me that they are prepared for that and to show them when they get there. There was no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.They arrived at the scheduled time,were very thorough yet quick. They seem to be a family business. The same man arrived with another man to do the cleaning. Before I found this company I had called a well known company in the area that also sells rugs and they sent two young men that made such a mess on my hardwood floors and did not get the stains out. After cleaning up after them I called and made a complaint. They did not offer to return and do a decent job. They are also very expensive.I have shared my experiences with friends and family so that they don't make the same mistake. I definitely recommend Selective Carpet and Upholstery. They also cover a large geographical area.

Description of Work: They cleaned two very "mucky" old oriental rugs. They were so professional and friendly. They even cleaned two throw rugs on the way out if the house! The deal was for one rug but the Angie's list assistance department contacted Selective Carpet (at our request) and asked if we could purchase another deal for a second rug and they agreed!

Description of Work: The people were great, but the process wasn't what I thought it was. I went with it anyway, and the "tile cleaning" was only so-so. . I should have gone with the switch to carpet. They were really nice and professional.
