Selective Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Awesome. After my purchase the company called and said they really didn't come out as far as my home but that they would still do my job. They arrived exactly when they said and did a great job. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and if they would come to my area, I would have them again.

Jay (owner) called ahead, was on time, efficient, did great job and was affordable. I highly recommend. I am going to call them for stain removal and steaming.

They called to let me know they were on their way, arrived promptly and introduced themselves. The work was down quickly and all stains including pet stains were removed. I asked about other services and hired them on the spot to clean hallway, stairs, chairs and sectional sofa. Jason said everything should be completely dry in a few hours. I told him the last time the carpet was cleaned it took 2-3 days to dry. Well, Jason was right. In the morning all the carpeting was dry and furniture was barely damp. My thanks to Jason for a job well done. Furniture looks like new! Very courteous, professional, and did not waste any time getting everything done. I will hire them again. Very Happy!

They cancelled the appointment on the same day because their truck broke down. They wanted to reschedule for 8 days later which was very inconvenient. I ended up calling another company who was able to service me 3 days later.

Very unprofessional. My wife and I are both seniors and my wife is currently in therapy for a bad hip. We spent two days moving furniture and clearing rooms to prep the carpets to be for cleaning . Crew arrived late 1.5 Hrs. Eventually after fidgeting with their equipment in the driveway for 30 minutes they finally approached the front door and advised us the equipment wasn't functioning. They did apologize and indicated the owner would come out and try to resolve the problem. 30 Minutes later the crew indicated they did not solve the issue and the owner will call later. The crew indicated they may have available a second crew that could possibly clean carpets. After waiting 2 Hours for a call back, I decided to call the office. I reached voicemail. Eventually the company representative called back 5 minutes later. She indicated the second crew was also having problems with their equipment. I asked when would we have our carpets cleaned. The company representative said it would be a least another week because they were so busy. I indicated that was unacceptable and I wasn't keeping my home all torn up for another week. No accommodation was offered, Instead the company spokesperson's resolution was to go somewhere else. I will definitely go somewhere else and not allow this group into my home.

Very well. The gentleman was timely and professional. The additional services I needed were very reasonably priced. I especially liked that the gentleman did not try to sell me services that I did not need, but recommended treatments that I might benefit from considering I had several dogs.

It went fine. They missed the window by 15-20 minutes and didn't call but made it and got the job done efficiently.

They were awesome. Scheduling was a breeze and taken care of promptly. They showed up on time, within the two hour window they had given me, with a phone call beforehand to say they were on their way. Once here they were very professional and took care of everything I asked them to. Super hard workers, they made sure all of my stains were gone and my carpet looks great. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were professional and did a very quality job. The gentlemen who did the cleaning even did some small area rugs for me. They were good about moving the furniture and putting it back as well. The only thing I would like in the future is some email or text confirmation of appointment, but they gave me a time window and stuck to it.

The gentlemen that came out were very professional, worked well as a team, explained what they would be doing as we showed them the areas where they would perform their work. They were excellent in their work, our carpets look brand new again, stains or areas where the carpets were showing more dirt or discoloration were brought back to one shade of color for all the carpet area. We are Extremely Satisfied with the work performed, timeliness, professionalism & the Price was Right! They even went the extra mile & Yes, We Would Definitely be calling Selective Carpeting & Upholstery Cleaning again for any future carpet cleaning.

I couldn't expect more. They met every expectation that we had. We've had them several times and each time from setting up the appointment, they are very responsive, technically proficient, and they are always providing some extra service doing things that were not even requested. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

They've cleaned my carpeting on two occasions, and got the carpet cleaner than anyone else ever has. However, the carpet took more than 24 hours to dry, even with fans going constantly. If they could somehow extract more water, they would be almost perfect!

I called them on Friday 7/30 around 4:00 but got a recording so I left a message for them to call me. I have not heard back. I am disappointed that they have not followed up on my voice message. I was out of town for this weekend and waited till I could include a photo. I just called again and left a message. I will see if they return my call and are willing to resolve my issue! Ask me again in week or so if I was able to resolve our issue!
